First time visitor to Aruba. Stayed at Holiday Inn. Had an absolute fantastic time. Cons: took too long to check in; wait staff at breakfast could be more attentive; not all restaurants opened every day. Pros: cleanliness, friendliness of staff, quality of food, location, beach. Special shout out to Hugo at the beachside bar. Super friendly! We never had an empty drink. If we weren’t in same spot two days in a row, he would find us. We never had to leave the beach. Above and beyond. Knew our names, room # and what our drinks were. Tell him Mango Tango says hi. There were also 2 male bar tenders at Sea Breeze bar. Can’t remember their names. They were awesome as well. Thank you all for a wonderful time.

Paradise
We had a wonderful time! The resort was wonderful and the staff were amazing. Donny helped us with late checkout as our flight was later in the afternoon!

Great value for a vacation spot
The location is great. Great beach and beach access . Walking distance to a variety of food and shopping choices. On site food was great. Great views. Special shout out to Carolina our server at Coral. She went above and beyond every day for breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool area is very nice. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

It's in a perfect location and the grounds are beautiful. Located right on the beach, the beach chairs are free but have to pay for the palapa huts. The cleanliness of our room was well maintained . Service and food at the restaurants were good.

Great housekeeping
Niurka Urriola was our housekeeper. She did a fabulous job in keeping our room clean and tidy. She also made sure that we had enough toilets everyday. Niurka gave me a hug before we left because we made her smile when we saw her.
- AdvisoryWe are happy to report that we have successfully completed all the renovation works. Our property is now operating at 100%. Palm Lobby Bar & Cafe; Sea Breeze Restaurant & Bar and Pool located by the Sea Tower is open with its regular hours of operation, as previously announced.
