We will be back
This is the third week we have stayed at this resort, and we already have a week booked to return in May. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy, and the four pools are great. Its location in Scottsdale is very quiet and convenient.

Perfect For Our Family
This resort appeals to all ages. The art activities in the arcade centre are ongoing for a small fee. We used all three heated pools interchangeably; two of them had hot tubs. Regarding location of units: Call in advance and put in your request. We asked for ground floor and got it but it’s not guaranteed. Sixteen steps up to top floor. The timeshare sharks will definitely seek you out; we never answered our phone that rang only once a day for the week we were here. The spacious two bedroom had a king, 2 doubles and a queen pullout, perfect for 6. I agree with other reviewer, that the double beds would not be comfortable for a couple. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely return.

Big Condo. Paper Thin Walls.
We were assigned a lower level unit. It was called the first floor, but we walked seven steps down to the unit. Nice, clean, large condo. Big for a timeshare. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are clean and fairly large. Washer and dryer are a bit small, but worked great. Right next to a pool. Now the downside. The unit had little natural light. The view out the back was of a parking lot. The view out the front was eye level to a sidewalk. There were children running back and forth the entire length of the condo above us. This stomping went on for up to 45 minutes at a time. Thankfully this would stop by 9:00 pm. You can also hear anyone walking above you. Paper thin walls. We could clearly hear conversations taking place, and the TV’s, from the units beside us, and above us. Zero downtime from this noise of stomping, conversations and TV while we were in the unit. It was quiet at nighttime thankfully. But started back up by 6:30 am each day of our seven day stay. We do not recommend staying here if you cherish quiet time in the morning or evenings.
