Location - Perfect unless you want to wake up in Paris (!). It is in a massive business area , shops, offices and basic restaurants/bars/cinemas etc. Similar to canary wharf and areas found in every city. Perfectly connected to the city with many transport lines, e.g. directly under the hotel is a station that is 2.5 Euros and just 5 direct stops to the Arc De Triumph / Champs Elysee. Just don't expect nice bars/nightlife and that french / Parisian village feel around the hotel itself. You could be in any global city. Atmosphere was professional, exceptionally friendly and attentative Rooms are lovely, modern I think refurbished , and clean and quiet I really love this hotel, as a business class hilton ideal for calm/safe travel around paris.

Great hotel, highly recommended.
Outstanding hotel, service, staff. I stayed here before and after I went on the awful Cosmos tour. This hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very convenient. The staff are truly outstanding. i cannot say enough about the front desk team and the restaurant staff. They are gracious and helpful.

I had reserved a two double-bed bedroom for our family of three but when we arrived I was informed I received an “ upgrade” which meant we got a room with one double bed and a roll up cot for my 14 year old daughter. Considering I had made my reservation back in June I was not happy but we were not going to let something so small stop us enjoying our trip. The room was clean and comfortable although we had to inch our way around the roll up bed.Our bed was Hilton standard comfort. Our next problem was when we arrived we decided to eat. This was 3pm on a Saturday.There was no restaurant available in the hotel until 6pm. Not even room service. Of course there is a shopping mall and plenty of fast food available but after arriving from the airport we would have liked to have a decent meal before going to the G-Dragon concert ( which was fantastic) Next came shower time and because of the upgrade we were given 2 bath towels for three people. I called down for an extra towel but in the end I used a hand towel myself and left the bath towels to the ladies. There is still no sign of my towel arriving and this is the next day. To finally get to the nail in the coffin we have just returned to our room after breakfast. I had some fruit and juice,which were fine. The “hot” breakfast was cold. Sausages were hard, cold and chewy. Hash browns were cold. I could not eat them so I got some pancakes instead. Again stone cold and inedible. The plates were piling up on the table at this stage and nobody came to ask Why??? We complained on the way out of breakfast and we were asked if we would like some fruit. 🙄 This Hilton has a coffee machine and kettle in the room both of which are incredibly clean. I suspect this is because there were no complimentary bottles of water in our room. I was not going to use the bathroom tap to fill the kettle. In reception you can buy cans of Coke and Fanta for 4 euro each. There is complimentary water but on both occasions I went to get water it was empty. Tomas on reception was very nice and friendly upon check in and he is he only employee at the hotel that I interacted with that made me feel like a guest.Thank you Tomas. The lady on reception asked how our stay was when checking out and I explained about breakfast. She apologised and once again was very nice. Personally I do not believe this hotel meets Hilton standards and I personally would not return here on our next visit to Paris.

This Hilton Saved My Marriage!
This Hilton hotel saved my marriage! My wife and I flew from Los Angeles to Paris for her birthday to see the Post Malone concert. We were originally booked at the Mercure La Defense Grande Arch (a short distance away). When we arrived we were shocked by the condition of that hotel! If you want to get the Plague or maybe Legionnaires Disease go check that place out. Being the awesome husband that I am, I immediately sprung into action! I told her to wipe those tears, and no need to call that divorce lawyer....her birthday won't be ruined on my watch! I immediately contacted AMEX travel and they found one room opened up at this Hilton. When we arrived at the property I was looking at my beautiful wife - how could someone so pretty have such a murderous look on her face? I was having flashbacks to our days as high school sweethearts - thoughts about our two young kids at home...is this the day it all ends? Will I be the subject of a Dateline episode where they find my body floating down the river? We entered the room and it was CLEAN. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, and GREAT location. Literally attached to a shopping mall and right next to a train station for easy access to downtown - crisis averted! So to the staff at the Hilton, my kids thank you for keeping Daddy in their lives and out of the river! Your hotel (and a Chanel bag that I threw in for good measure), saved my marriage :)

Shopping centre hotel
Reasonable size rooms, good breakfast , most reception staff were nice, room service not up to standard , very good location for train transport but was nightmare to get the taxi drivers to find this place . Good experience overall , will return .
