We are from Australia... I have visited Disney several times and always stayed on property, however this trip I wanted to try one of the outer properties to see if they had better value. Sure it was cheaper, but was it better.. The short answer is no. We arrived at the hotel and got allocated an accessible room which looked nothing like what we had booked, so we had to have this rectified. It is not really a 5 minute walk from Disney Springs, it is more like 15 mins and should be noted that with the hot weather can be a little bit bothersome. The biggest gripe I had is that online they suggest that they offer regular park shuttles, however we were informed on arrival that they don't do shuttles for the events - hear me out, Magic Kingdom is usually open until midnight. On event nights, which regularly run throughout the year they operate until midnight, so why would the buses not run in alignment with the schedule. It just made really no sense. Then you needed to book the bus each day selecting what time you wanted to leave the park, well, let me assure you after 4 trips to Orlando you never know when your ready to leave the park. So that system just didn't work & on more than one occasion we had to arrange an Uber back to the park, which to be honest we felt much safer doing. Back to the room, well I just couldn't get over how poor everything was. Not once in 5 days was our room serviced which was incredibly disappointing. On two occasions we just had towels left at our front door. The upkeep of the hotel was well disappointing. We had an Epcot Fireworks view room, I guess if you squint you might see something but it was definitely not worth it. Overall, we will be going back to the Disney properties where the magic is truly alive!

Quick weekend getaway with the family. The kids loved the lazy river. Great drinks & bartenders at the pool. We also enjoyed the food at letterpress. My son who has a gluten allergy had penne alfredo, my husband had the ribeye & I had the quinoa bowl. The chef took the time to reassure us that our son was fine with getting the Alfredo. We will be coming back to try the new menu items that she mentioned. Great experience, would highly recommend this hotel.

The best I ever had in a short time

We love us some Hilton
Jose helped us book our next trip to Orlando with our family. We’re so grateful to have met him! We always stay at Hilton Hotels and if we ever do have to stay somewhere else, we always regret it.

Incredible Service
Mario was fantastic! He helped us look at a lot of great options for another trip with Hilton while enjoying the pool. We love booking our next trip while on vacation so this was perfect timing. We are really excited and always love the great service at this hotel.
