Dec 09, 2025Hilton Milan is a winner!
A late morning arrival with a 4pm check-in time had me hoping I could drop my bags and do a little exploring of the surrounding area (even though jet=lagged). However, our rooms were ready! It made my day! So nice to be able to shower and change after the all-night flight. The rooms have a refrigerator, comfortable beds, a desk and chair and another upholstered chair. Very nice walk-in shower and the usual European towel warmer. We purchased breakfast and it was OUTSTANDING…such a huge selection of items, very helpful staff, delicious breads and pastries, that wonderful European yoghurt, fresh juices, served coffee, cappuccino, etc. This hotel is in a great location, near Centrale Station so easy to take trains, subway, trams, etc. The station has a full sized grocery store in the lower level and lots of food options. We enjoyed Ronin, a nice local place a couple blocks away, also. There is a small bistro off the lobby that is a great place for a spritz late afternoon. There front desk staff, the concierge, everyone was friendly and gracious. Staying here again in a couple months and looking forward to it!

Great Stay at the Hilton Milan. Fabulous Breakfast!
We had a very nice stay at the Hilton Milan and would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was the highlight! From the moment we walked into the breakfast area we were welcomed and treated like we were family. The omelet was my favourite part of the breakfast followed by the cheese and cold cuts. The unlimited barista coffees were also very good. The room on the 7th floor was perfect! It was recently renovated and had nice amenities like bathrobes and slippers. The executive lounge was nice but it’s not open all day (only during breakfast and then 4pm to 8pm. Free drinks and snacks are from 6pm to 8pm.) Snacks were original and high-end and very fresh but they won’t replace a meal. There’s free beer, wine, spirits and Prosecco. The lounge was not too busy. I recommend the Hilton Milan and we will be back!

Great location for a couple days in Milan
Location was great! walking access to trains and subway . Subway is super easy yo use and felt safe . Great restaurants close to it . Great service in hotel .

What I liked most about our two-night stay at Hilton Milan Central was the wonderful staff who made our breakfast experience truly enjoyable. I forgot their names, but they were lovely ladies and gentlemen — from the chefs preparing our omelettes, to the baristas crafting our coffees, to the servers engaging with us so warmly. Their genuine passion for what they do truly shines through. It’s people like them who make a stay more meaningful and unforgettable. We’ve stayed in many hotels during our travels across Europe, but we especially appreciated the exceptional hospitality we received during our short stay here. I would like to commend the Food & Beverage Breakfast team at Hilton Milan Central for exemplifying what true Hilton hospitality is all about.

Hour to get here from Milpensa Airport MXP. 130 euros. Breakfast was nothing special. Check in was nice. The staff are pleasant as always. I got a room on 7th floor. The issue is they are renovating rooms on floors 8 & 9. It’s impossible for pilots and crew to nap. Like annoying loudness. Stone work. Penetrating your skull. I called the duty manager and nothing could be done. No points were offered.
