We did the Stay & Fly package, and it worked out really well. My wife forgot her watch and AirPods in the room during our departure, but Security Officer Yamarie Mayol and the rest of the security staff did a great job of recovering the items and holding them for us until our return. Thanks so much!

Life Saver
I took a trip in between Christmas and New Years and utilized the Hilton Parking during this time. Travel during the holidays can be such a frustrating experience especially when it comes to keeping track of your belongings. Despite my best efforts, from traveling from LA to New York, Ubers, Subways while there and flight from New York to Florida and Florida to LA, i somehow managed to lose a personal belonging at the 11th hour. It wasn't until days later after returning that i came to this realization. After retracing my steps, i realized that i may have left it at the hotel, and as luck would have, i did. I called the Hotel and was immediately put into contact with Security Officer Yamarie. She was professional, attentive, and responsive. Hard things to come by these days. Wish there were more individuals like that. Thank you again Yamarie. I appreciate your help.

The updates rooms are very nice at this hotel. I also want to give a shoutout to Security Officer Yamarie. Not only did they find my AirPods after I checked out but contacted me before I even realized I had left them. Thank you!
