Sep 25, 2025Front desk staff, especially Celia, were very helpful.
The hotel was clean, quiet and centrally located. The reception desk staff was willing to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. In particular one staff member stood out. Celia was at the front desk when my group needed a helping hand with reservations and general tech issues. She exhibited knowledge, enthusiasm and endless patience. Thank you! Sylvia G.

We have had a fantastic experience so far! The entire crew at the restaurant has been incredibly patient with my baby. A huge shout out to Hannah, who made every morning special for us. The whole staff is very friendly and the hotel has been very family friendly.

A great hotel experience!
Dining room staff were great, and Louise, the supervisor there, was very patient and helpful. Reception staff also very helpful and knowledgeable about the city, sights, restaurants, etc.!

Great bar staff at this hotel
I went to the bar in the Hilton three nights in a row and have exceptional service each night. Caden immediately learned the recipe of my favorite drink (dirty martini - made filthy the American way) and it was delicious. His humor and personality was lovely. Katie was on staff the night before, learned the recipe and made my drink to perfection on night two! She is a GEM! And finally, Hamish - he was such a wonderful personality, expertly making my drink to the precise recipe. All in all - 5 stars for the bar at this hotel!!!
