Just came back from a lovely 2 night stay at Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive. I brought my wife to celebrate her birthday. Leading up to our stay, I had been corresponding with Javier Correa, as he was tremendously helpful with setting up decorations for our room with balloons, cake and champagne for my wife’s birthday. When we got to the resort, the front desk person Diego set us up with the room upgrade. The grounds itself were lovely. The pool was great, the beach was small but was really nice. We didn’t have a chance to go to all the restaurants but we did experience Mexican night, which the food was excellent, the buffet was good, the taco stand by the North pool was great, and the steak restaurant was really good. Hopefully when we go the next time, we can go for a little while longer and get more of an experience of the resort. The only negative may be that all the restaurants need reservations for dinner, where a lot of resorts don’t necessarily need reservations.

Great time , great food , great service !
The hotel was clean, The staff was great and Extremely accomodating . The food was well beyond expectation . This was a couples trip for my husband and I but I can’t wait to take the family back . Plenty of opportunity for both since there are family friendly and adults only pools .

Great resort
The staff provided an exceptional experience, and the overall atmosphere was outstanding. The beverages were well-crafted, and the service was warm and accommodating. The pool area was pristine, offering a relaxing environment, while the buffet presented a wide selection of delicious options. The team went above and beyond in addressing food allergies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for its exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction. A perfect 10/10 experience.

Great hotel and fantastic staff!
This resort was fantastic. Everything was wonderful, from the food to the staff and everything in between. A special acknowledgment to the amazing women working in Azulinda. These woman are very friendly & hardworking! Thanks for all the delicious snacks & specialty coffees during our stay; Marlene, Helen and Maria. Great job!

Great all inclusive experience.
Terrific hotel. Great food and the staff are fantastic. Limited visibility of managers means the staff are left to deal with problem such as people who smoke around and in the pools. Big shout out to Nelly our waiter at the pool. One warning we used our credit card once to buy a deck of cards in the gift shop. It was cloned and used to attempt to buy thousands of dollars of merchandise. Luckily our bank caught it and denied the purchases.
