Lovely hotel with great location. Atmosphere in hotel was amazing with very friendly staff. Few names of the staff which made our stay comfortable - Rocio Lobby waitress always smile on her face, Ruben waiter in Vela restaurant with my dietary needs and Astoreth in gym, enjoyed doing yoga, sunrise sound therapy and other early morning activities with her. We were given wrong information by reception staff about of the location of the north pool, we missed some of the pool activities. Information about the various activities was also not clear. Rooms were very spacious and clean with amazing sunrise view. We arrived at the hotel on the 24th November, first few days in restaurant had good choice of food with vegan & vegetarian section. After few days when hotel got busy with thanksgiving, part of the restaurant was closed and buffet was outside with no vegan or vegetarian section. Our room was on top of the restaurant and we were disturbed by the noise in the middle night.

A Return To Paradise
With all the destination & hospitality choices out there, we keep returning here. This is such a beautiful property, safe & secluded, and staffed with warm friendly people. This time around we were vacationing with a friend of my wife who lives far from us now who she hadn’t seen in many years along with that friend’s young adult son. Max at check in found us all lovely well appointed ocean view accommodations located relatively near each other. This was helpful because the resort is sprawlingly large. They also all overlooked the pool (there are more than one) where our chosen cabana was located. Fanny, our concierge, had thoughtfully made dinner reservations on our behalf pre-arrival for our first night and at our request, immediately following check in, made reservations in the various all inclusive fine dining restaurants on property for the remainder of our 7 night stay. There’s an Italian restaurant, an upscale Steakhouse, and a fabulous Mexican restaurant. The quality of the food preparation, ambience, and top notch service was consistent at all 3 throughout our stay. There is also Vela, all inclusive buffet with indoor & outdoor seating near the adult pool area with an enormous amount of fresh yummy premium food selections for breakfast and lunch, complete with action stations for made to order omelets, tacos, smoothies, burgers, etc….and by the family pool, there is a walk in all inclusive Asian & Sushi restaurant open for lunch & dinner which does not take reservations. Good pizza and breakfast burritos are also available at the lobby’s coffee bar. It would be impossible to starve here…& be forewarned, you may gain a pound or two before your stay is over. Some standouts on the food and beverage staff who paid us a lot of attention & helped make our vacation special are Silvario in the Italian restaurant, Pedro & Mauricio, our Cabana waiters, Natalia in the Steakhouse, & Rocio, a server in the lobby bar who was especially friendly to us & our friends. The view from our top floor suite’s balcony was stunning as was that from the gorgeous room of our friends on the 4th floor. Tons of closet, drawer, and counter space, floor ceiling full length mirrors, plenty of electrical outlets, a mini fridge & a coffee maker, iron & board. The rooms are well maintained, and fully serviced daily. There is a well appointed gym with plenty of of machines, dumbbells, benches, spin bikes, and cardio equipment. Entertainment is provided nightly. Our favorites were the Michael Jackson show, the Glow Party, and Havana Night. The entire resort is polished, immaculate, and aesthetically pleasing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Hilton Cancún All-Inclusive to anyone.
