Elvis was WONDERFUL. He was hands down to the best server we have had so far on this trip. He was so attentive to our dining needs and so friendly and accommodating. He really made this dining experience AMAZING for us on our last night. I am so satisfied with the experience we have had thus far!

Hotel is nice,clean and modern. Food is very good in restaurants. Steak house was great. Mexican is very good also.. Asian was good. Buffet for breakfast was disappointing. Burgers ,hotdogs and tacos were very good. Where this hotel missed was the size of the pool and lobby and bars...super crowded. The lobby bar is packed with no where to sit..no loungers available after 8 a.m. beach is small but nice..beds are comfortable. Liked everything except the size of public areas. Some of the staff are frazzled because of the over crowding..kids pool looked good for kids. Over all 7/10.

Great service and drinks!
Great all inclusive in Cancun! Shoutout to Baldemar, Angel, Leslie, David, and Carlos who took care of us in the various bars. Worth staying for the great service.
