    Very positive

    Loved the customer service a nd met Adam, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. By the way the bar staff was great too even at 11 pm.

    Great place!

    Pankaj was great! Rooms nice and clean! Great hotel close to everything! Clean lobby, Starbucks on site… nice big bar out front right next door to the convention center and lots of littler eateries!

    Horrible will file complaint and take legal action

    Hilton Anaheim 777 W Convention Way, Anaheim, CA 92802 Hotel Zhad Ahmed 111 points 4 hours ago I recently stayed at the Hilton Anaheim and booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for myself. After checking out, we were charged an additional $1400, plus another $600, and haven't received one of our deposits back. The hotel claimed someone smoked and damaged the drapes, but no one in our family smokes, especially my father who has a pacemaker. They said housekeeping reported this, and that security would reach out to us, but it seems unlikely. It's been two days and no one has contacted us, nor have they provided any evidence. When I asked the front desk agent, Johan, for evidence and mentioned we would take legal action if needed, he was very rude, tried to hang up on me, and seemed confident without even checking the room. I paid over $1000 for this vacation package through Expedia and Hilton has been awful. I'm filing a formal complaint and will take legal action if necessary. Johan's unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and he is not fit to be a manager.
