Excellent food, service. They went far and beyond to accommodate allergies. I totally recommend it. Food was outstanding. Beef, chicken, sausage, drinks. All of it was awesome. Manager was paying attention and on top of it. Come visit!!!

Another awesome stay at HRH Vallarta
I am a long-time member of Hard Rock / Palace (since 2003). Hard Rock Vallarta is my favorite resort. The view of the mountains and the beach is stunning, and I love being able to swim in the ocean there. The staff is amazing - Zu and Diana, our servers at the Bali beds, were the best and always made us feel special. Our butlers, Francisco, Alex and Uriel, were impeccable as well and helped us with anything we needed. Restaurant food and service was amazing. I want to especially thank Victor at Ciao and Alonso at Ipanema for going above and beyond. Even though I live on the East coast, it is worth the flight to stay at Hard Rock Vallarta

Mexican Restaurant
This review is for the Mexican restaurant (Frida kalo) food and service were excellent, our waiter Elias was very friendly, helpful, efficient made our dinner experience perfect. The table side prepared Guacamole is very good. The margaritas are the best !!! Thank you Eilas!

Wonderful time at the Hard Rock Vallarta
The hotel looks a little unimpressive at first, but the staff, food, drinks, service and room are one of the best all-inclusives we have ever stayed at over the past few years. The restaurants always have great service and food. We were able to find a chair by the beach or pool each morning. The room has a soft bed and comfortable pillows along with good room temperature.

Great Dinner
Wonderful dinner service from Jazmin and Josue. Delicious food as always, this is our 9th year. Tandoori chicken , great sushi. My gasman had the lamb korma which was great and larger portion than previous years. I have celiac and there are numerous GF options!
