    Great dinner at Hard Rock Horel

    Valentino, Branley, Christian were amazing servers the dinner was to die for. The pool and outside areas are just beautiful.

    Dinner with friends

    Amazing staff, great food! We will be back. We had a large party lots of different foods.Everything was amazing so many options.I definitely give it five stars.

    TERRIBLE

    We went with a large group in October 2025. The bath water was brown/yellow for every single bath. The water in the sink was worse with dark brown particles. We lost all water one night and were unable to flush the toliet, take a shower, or use the sink. The noise at night was outrageous with music blasting in the rooms until midnight. We end up complaining and getting shown a new room and the first thing we did was turn the sink on and the water was dark brown. Every single person in our party of 12 ended up checking out after 24 hours and finding a new hotel. While we were checking out early there were other families leaving their vacation early and said the hotel has gone down hill. VERY disappointing and DISGUSTING.

    Our trip was re-energizing, calming, Spiritual, and so much fun! We can’t wait to return.

    Our trip was absolutely relaxing, and we were truly spoiled by the entire staff at Hard Rock Vallarta. Every day we were greeted with smiles and outstanding service. This place feels like our second home — the staff are like family to us. We even brought our neighbors along this time, and now they understand exactly why we visit twice a year. Thank you, Hard Rock Vallarta, for another unforgettable stay!

    Great entertainment with Georgia and Kevin

    My wife and I had a lot of fun at the Hard Rock Hotel in Puerto Vallarta. It's a smaller resort in the Hard Rock Hotel chain that we always stay in, but what it lacked in size it made up for in entertainment. Georgia and Kevin had great events scheduled and were very welcoming to inform my wife and I about the different entertainment. Georgia and Kevin helped make the days fun and go by to fast. I always enjoyed participating in the different contests they did as well.
