The best romantic dinner with Eduardo and Alain!
Had an amazing birthday experience here! My favorite part of the trip was our phenomenal romantic dinner by the water! Eduardo and Alain were our servers and went above and beyond for us! They engaged with us, asked if we wanted pictures taken and made my birthday so very special. Great customer service we will be back!!!

⭐ An Amazing Week at Hard Rock Riviera Maya – The Staff Made It Unforgettable! Our group of five couples had a true five-star week at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in September! Everything from the food to the entertainment was excellent. Live bands, Mexican Fiesta Night, lounge singers—there was always something wonderful going on! We especially loved the Queen Tribute and Legends shows, though we were disappointed to miss the Michael Jackson show. The rooms were great, the pools and grounds were beautifully maintained, and every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and hardworking. With so much to do, this resort was absolutely perfect for our group! **What truly made our vacation exceptional, however, was the incredible staff who consistently went above and beyond.** A special thank-you to **Cristina at the front desk**, who went out of her way to help arrange for my room to be near the rest of our group. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant so much! We also want to recognize the amazing team at **Faro**, who went above and beyond to help celebrate birthdays within our group. Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made those celebrations extra special! Heartfelt thanks to our wonderful **waiters Mac, Brenda, Manu, and Mateo; managers Itan and Maria; hostesses Jessica and Keib; and chefs Alfredo and Sol.** Every one of these individuals contributed to making our experience exceptional, and we appreciated them all! Another HUGE thank-you goes to **William (not sure of last name) and Alex Perez, our beach waiters on the Heaven side!** These two absolutely blew us away with their incredible service and attentiveness. They anticipated our needs, made us feel genuinely cared for, and treated us like VIPs throughout our time on the beach. Their dedication and hospitality were truly outstanding, and they made our beach days even more enjoyable. They are both wonderful examples of what exceptional customer service should be! And finally, we would love to recognize **Mario Hernandez**, whom my husband and I met while we were visiting the Blue Lobby for the evening concerts and searching for some ice cream. Mario was busy working in the buffet restaurant but took the initiative to stop what he was doing and help us with some special beverages, even sharing with us some tips for a better way to prepare them. We hadn't asked or expected him to go out of his way, which made his thoughtfulness even more appreciated. He genuinely seemed focused on making our experience better, and that kind of unsolicited kindness really stands out. Thank you, Mario! The only small suggestion we'd make is to have more ice cream options available in the lobbies, especially chocolate! We found ice cream at the coffee shop in the Blue Lobby, but never the chocolate we were hoping for. The buffet near the Red Lobby also had ice cream, but unfortunately, it had already closed on three of the four evenings we tried to stop by. That one little suggestion aside, our entire group had an absolutely fantastic vacation! The food, entertainment, beautiful surroundings, and especially the outstanding employees made this a truly memorable week. There were so many hardworking staff members throughout the resort who helped make our stay special, and while we couldn't possibly name them all, their efforts certainly didn't go unnoticed. Thank you, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, for an unforgettable vacation! Your wonderful employees are what make this resort so special, and we can't wait to return!
