My friends helped me celebrate my birthday week and it was an exceptional time from the daily shows, concerts and dancing for hours at Heaven. Thank you to our Butlers Lucio and Bernardo for making every day exceptionally special. From the all day birthday surprises by the pool, at dinner and even the treats and balloons left in my room. Tacos by the beach provided by our personal chef Paola who made the best tacos ever, thank you!!! Uriel, the best swim-up bartender a girl could ever ask for. Luis for the constant rides to and from anywhere. Elizabeth for the best omelets at Isla. And the many, many employees that offered their kindness and smiles. If I have forgotten your name, I will never forget how amazing you all are. I am humbly grateful for being in your presence and cannot wait to return and continue dancing the day away.

Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff is very friendly. A special thanks to Alexis Boyzo for his kindness and amazing service throughout our stay. Highly recommended! 🎸

Fantastic holiday
We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay! The entertainment staff truly made the holiday unforgettable. Poncho, Rob, Luna, and Braulio brought such amazing energy every single day — from the fun-filled foam party to the high-energy aqua aerobics and Zumba sessions that got everyone moving and smiling. They made sure there was never a dull moment, and their evening shows were full of laughter, talent, and great vibes. A special thank you to Mary, our favourite waitress, who was always warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Her service really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience. Our favourite restaurant by far was the Italian — the food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, and we found ourselves going back more than once! Overall, it was the amazing people — both staff and entertainers — who made this holiday one to remember. Thank you for everything!

Phenomenal Customer Service
Poncho and Brau entertainment gentleman did a phenomenal job in teaching my daughter and I to make authentic bracelets. They provide great customer service catered to all individuals from all over the world ! Highly recommend!

Paolo and Moises, Aug 31-Sept7,2025
Wonderful “first time” trip to Mexico with my husband and family. HardRock was just beautiful, and we can’t say enough about Paolo and Moises! They are top notch, so knowledgeable and were there whenever we needed them! They answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. They are a wonderful asset to your team.
