  Armando Rock out Royalty Agent was amazing. The food at the buffet was not very good. The steak at the steak house was horrible for the 2 times I tried 2 different steaks both were over cooked and chewy I love the hibachi restaurant everything was great there The main pool bar man was not at all social or friendly and kept making the wrong drinks

  The good and not so good

  Beautiful location and staff were great. If you get a chance to sit at the Ren bar and have the staff prepare sushi rolls I would highly recommend it. It was the best food we had at the resort. Over all i would rate the food, except at the Ren, a 3 out of 5. We were there in October and unless you were in an area of the hotel with big commercial fans it was hot and our bedroom never got below around 75 degrees. I set the thermostat at 68 and it never shut off. Probably not a problem later in the year, but it was this October. There is not an app for the Los Cabos location and the tablet in our room for ordering room service, overview of the property and events did not work most of the time. This is promoted as an all-inclusive resort, but not everything on the menu in restaurants such as Toro Steakhouse are not included. There was some confusion about that one night at Toro Steak House that resulted in three steaks that were not very good costing us $430. The onsite manager, Aliens Bearre, offered to waive the charge since the waiter, that was excellent, must not have made it clear to us there would be a charge. It was very loud in the restaurant and the person ordering the meal did not understand that was what the server was saying. But we passed on that option when we were told the waiter would be responsible for the charge and would be docked two weeks' pay. Needless to say, the staff can't live on what they get paid by the Hardrock Resort so go prepared to tip them for the great service they provide. Daughter got married there, was beautiful and the wedding planner Eddianna was great.

  A One -Time Experience for Us

  **A One-Time Experience for Us** Full disclosure: this was my first time staying at a HARD ROCK HOTEL and my first experience at an all-inclusive resort. Let me start with the positive: the nightly rate was surprisingly low for an all-inclusive property, especially considering that food and drinks were included. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended for me. We arrived around 1:00 PM during the slow season, and check-in was chaotic. There were luggages everywhere near the entrance, and the line was incredibly long to check-in. After finally receiving our wristbands, we headed to our room. We were disappointed to discover that the view from our junior suite, beach-view room, was obstructed by another building. The room itself was an okay size, but it did not feel clean. There was hair throughout the room, and the pillows smelled like urine. Cleanliness is a basic expectation at any hotel, regardless of the price. The food was, unfortunately, very mediocre. We ended up dining outside the resort most nights, which was incredibly inconvenient because the property is secluded and it takes at least 30 minutes to get anywhere. Another major frustration was the lack of available lounge chairs at the pool. We struggled to find two chairs, and when we finally did, other guests took them while we ventured into the pool. The pool attendant apologized for the chairs being “stolen,” but this was something we had never experienced at any of the resorts we have visited. Overall, the experience felt more stressful than relaxing. I go on vacation to unwind, enjoy good food, and spend time with my family, not to wait in long lines, struggle to find a place to lounge by the pool, or leave the property to find a decent meal. The aggressive attempts to sell timeshares were another annoyance. No, thank you! I understand that the affordable all-inclusive rate may appeal to travelers on a budget, and I can appreciate the value of having food and drinks included. However, personally, I would rather pay separately for meals and drinks and stay somewhere that offers better cleanliness, quality, service, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. Perhaps this resort is a good fit for some travelers, but it was not the right fit for us. **This was a one-time experience, and we would not return.**

  Hard Rock Los Cabos Review - Edson and Chetan were great!

  We stayed at Hard Rock for a week and truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! We were there when Hurricane Polo was expected to arrive, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was still enjoyable and memorable. They organized so many fun activities and went out of their way to keep everyone entertained and taken care of despite the circumstances. A special thank-you to Edson for helping make our experience so great! The staff’s kindness, effort, and positive attitudes made such a difference, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our trip special. We would absolutely recommend Hard Rock and would love to return!

  Great resort with awesome service

  Awesome place- great service - food was amazing. The musicians and performers are well worth seeing. We definitely will be coming back . Alexa and Raul took great care of us as did all of the resort.
