H10 Waterloo is simply the best. We had a great time, perfect service, very cleaned hotel and well located. The breakfast is also so good!

Jan 25, 2026Very disappointing stay and unhelpful customer service
Extremely disappointing stay at H10 London Waterloo. Serious technical issues occurred, including a shower that flooded the bathroom and later a total power outage in the room. These problems significantly affected the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The room change offered did not improve the situation: the replacement room was smaller, not properly cleaned, and the advertised “view” was misleading. After the stay, we submitted a formal complaint. Despite clear, documented facts, the hotel refused any refund, stating that everything was operating “within design parameters”, which is difficult to accept given the price paid. Location alone does not compensate for such poor service and customer care. I would advise future guests to look elsewhere.

Professional and courteous!!!!!
We arrived a few hours early, but we needed to catch a train to Paris before check in time. Violeta went above and beyond finding us a room early. Staff has been friendly and accommodating all week. We will definitely be back!

Another enjoyable stay at the H10 Waterloo - great location, food and staff.
My wife and I stayed at the H10 Waterloo - which is a short stroll from Waterloo Station - for three nights in a Classic Superior Sky View room on the ninth floor. We were one floor above the eighth floor which houses the Sky Bar, which has an outside terrace, and great views of the London Skyline. We ate snacks at this bar - Ham Croquettes, french fries and a Club Sandwich - all very tasty and reasonably priced for a central London hotel. We were served by Alicia and Lentio who were excellent in their service to us - thanks to you both for making our stay so pleasant. Breakfast is served on the first floor. It is “buffet style” with a wide range of both hot and cold food and drink so there is more than enough choice for those who wish to opt for a continental style breakfast as opposed to a full English style one. We will definitely return - well worth a visit if you are planning a visit to London.

Luxury stay with friendly members
Right off the bat, we were met with very friendly staff. Luis made sure we were comfortable while checking in and half way through met us with a friendly talk and asked whether we were doing alright. The rooms are nice and clean, something that doesn’t happen that often nowadays. The rooms are spacious, nice and modern with very comfortable beds. We thought the breakfast had a lot of options, both savoury and swet. Staff is lovely and helpfull! A special thank you to Luis at reception, you made our stay a little more special!
