TRUST MY REVIEW
Don’t let the reviews lie to you, this place is terrible. 1. Check-in took a long time, I had to wait 3 hours until they got my room ready. The resort is open concept so there is no AC available anywhere. 2. When I finally got my room, everything was run down. The AC was broken and wasn’t cooling the room down. Maintenance came to fix it; however, they were trying to convince me this is how it is. Afterwards, I went to take a shower and the drainage was clogged and the water wasn’t going down and I looked up at the ceiling and there is water damage. Clearly the senior leadership who own this resort is not up to code on building safety. I won’t be surprise until the roof collapse because of the water damage. The backsplash is cracked and unfortunately I saw a roach in the bathroom. 3. If you are a big foodie, this resort is not it. They are cheap with food and you will not get the Mexican cuisine experience unfortunately. Food is limited and booking the restaurant was difficult since everything is booked up. I stayed for 7 days and I was only able to book 2 restaurants. 4. The spa is not worth it. I understand the employees work extremely hard for business; however, they try to convince you pay in Mexican pesos and you can do the exchange at the resort which is not worth it or pay with credit card which I do not trust since the POS system possibly could be tempered with. When I searched up the same services back home it is much cheaper than here. 5. The trolly services takes a really long time to come by, so if you have the elderly and they are not mobile maybe this may not be the resort. I waited for the trolly and at some point I gave up and walked back to my room or the cafeteria. My advice to the owner in Spain, this place has potentials in many areas that are lacking. Please maintain the facilities area as I can see this building will fall apart eventually and please do not be cheap with the food as that is a disappointment. People come for the Mexican experience and expect certain foods. Maybe every Wednesday have “Mexican day” these in the cafe as a suggestion. There needs to be a better process with check-in to shorten the time. Please provide fans in the main lobby. I know you centralized the AC and being cheap with it. The employees so absolutely work hard and try to make everyone happy to their best abilities, so please if you fix this issues your employees and customers will be happy.

amazing, will be back
i absolutely had an amazing time! everything from the greenery to the animals to the activities were amazing! the service was also exceptional. the concierge flores and leo were phenomenal, the people helping us select activities were great, and the service at the park buffet (lobby) by ramon was outstanding! the only tip is don’t fall for the people at the airport. the people at the hotel will help you find better activities.

Verry good experience at sport center with Cecilo!
We loved the sport center in Sirenis! Cecilio is a good and funny guy who works in the sport center. We love him so much! He showed us how to play archery, airgun and bike tour! This was awesome and good memory for us. We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you Cecilio! Good experience in Sirenis. The place is clean. The employees were polite and nice. I feel secure in yhi resort. I will recommand this place for others.

Muy fantastico!
Text: I'm on my second day here. Things I love? Let's start with the buffets. To those who say the buffets are so-so, I disagree. So many selections to choose from! All inclusive resorts to me, are miraculous in their organization and structure. I'm going to need larger clothes when I get back. The mojitos are yum, and what's to complain about when you're surrounded by lush greenery, and have the ocean just a walk away? The coatis and agoutis are adorable, the monkeys made my morning so special today! Next, the beach. It's a fairly large and picturesque cove with a ruin on site. I'll need to find out more about that. If you're looking for fantastic snorkeling, I would say this isn't exactly it, but if you bring fins, you can snorkel out farther and see parrot fish, and some other smaller fish in schools. It's rocky and much coral is bleached, but I'm more of a scuba diver these days, so I'm likely spoiled. If you're looking for eels, puffers, turtles, etc, this isn't it, but again, I'm spoiled. For an average family, I'd say it's perfect. It's clean, beautiful and the water is calm and swimmable. As others have said, bring water shoes. My room is wonderful. It's modern, clean, cool, comfortable. No complaints! My room is exactly as photos on travel sites depicted. There are beautiful qualities of boutique hotels, but for a large all-inclusive, I'm very satisfied. I've yet to try the specialty restaurants, but I hear they are delicious. The staff has been professional, friendly, dedicated and helpful. I'm happy. Thank you Grand Sirenis, for giving me some much needed peace...
