The 24-hour all-inclusive Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa is located in a paradisiacal haven known as Punta Mita, a mini-peninsula at the southwest point of Riviera Nayarit. The resort is surrounded by lush vegetation in front of a private beach with fine white sand bathed by the crystalline waters of the Pacific Ocean.
420 rooms are well-appointed and include balconies or terraces. Ocean-view rooms and junior suites are also available.

Bar service at hemmingway was exceptional.. the bartender was very attentive and polite… amazing social skills .. he was really a delight to talk to..! We wish him the best in his future endeavors.. An outstanding young man … with a very positive attitude

Anniversary Get Away
We were at the resort for the weekend (Friday-Sunday) for our 32nd Anniversary and had a good time. This resort seems to be tailored to people with timeshares. We were approached to buy a "membership" and this was the worst part of the trip. We chose this resort as an alternative after hurricanes hit in our original destination. The resort is older and it shows but the staff is welcoming and professional and the accommodations are more than adequate. We had a wonderful get away at this establishment.

A relaxed vacation.
We would like to thank the people at the Palladium Travel Club (Cecilia, Elizabeth, Brando, Tomas and Antonio) for their efficient assistance during our 10-day stay at the Gran Palladium. In addition, we greatly enjoyed the excellent service received at the Portofino, Adelita, Terrazas and The Nest restaurants. Everyone at these restaurants was very friendly and highly professional making our dinners very special moments. Although it may seem unfair, for the reasons stated above, we would like to acknowledge Mr. Omar del Toro at the Portofino Restaurant, not only for his professionalism but also for his kindness and focused attention towards us. Thank you all and see you soon!

What a disappointment to spend your vacation time at a resort that absolutely sucks. Horrible food, service, pool. I feel like instead of vacationing we were jailed in a facility and tortured for seven days. This experience will probably cause us to never return to Puerto Vallarta.

We had a wonderful time. There were 13 of us and we had no complaints. The resort is at least 45 minutes from the airport. More if you drop others off on the way. We used air canada vacations and Enrique was great. We did two excursions from the hotel arranged by air canada. The food was good. Lots of choices at the buffet and la adelita was the best restaurant. We had our 4.5 year old son with us and he loved the pool and buffet. He went to the kids club and loved it as well. they only allow 2 hours per day for the kids club. Everyone was very friendly. It was clean. The resort isn't new so it could use a few fixes here and there but over all I loved it. I did the water spin class once but that is the only activity i did on the resort it was good. We used the gym and spa and liked it too.
