We were a family of 8 (3 generations) with a 3 yr old and an 8 month old. Overall experience was great! Beautiful, long beach to walk - altho seaweed is obviously a problem in that area? this time of year? Nice pools, not busy, easy to find chairs in sun or shade. We found the Colonial Pool to be very deep - too deep if you are not a swimmer, as the swim-up bar was literally "swim" up! Buffet and specialty restaurants were all very good.

Samuel was a great waiter. Very interactive, polite and efficient. The food was very good. I enjoyed it very much. He explained some Spanish words to us and explained names for wine. Very proficient.

Great Bartenders!
Great atmosphere and good staff. Swim up bar was fantastic and Jacinto, Yordi and Rafael were the best bartenders ever.

Wonderful stay at White Sands Resort, Cancun. Beautiful property and exceptional service from Martin, Grecia Delfin, and Fernanda—truly made our trip memorable.
