The best service in the entire resort was received by Cindy Sansores at the splash pool!! I can only praise for the great we received from her… a humble face with a great smile!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

Resort staff and stay
Mayte was so kind and so awesome at this resort. She is a great server and I hope all the best for her!!!!! The resort as well is amazing!!! Seems big at first but very easy to navigate. Good was great and rooms were very nice to stay in

We came to the resort for a wedding of friends. The service members and bar staff are Excellent. Highly recommend Omar at the pool side service he was amazing! The food at the buffet is okay if yoy get it fresh but they dont seem to replace food if its been out for a while. You have to book restaurants THE DAY YOU GET THERE for all your nights or you have no chance of eating anywhere besides the buffet. The steak house for the rehearsal dinner was bad short and simple.. the sports bar that has a menu hust had 7/11 roller dogs with some Mac and cheese sauce for your stale tortilla chips. The wedding food at reception was excellent and shows in small batches the food can be great but it seemed to be the exception not the norm. Our room had multiple things not working such as outlets, TV remote, and the phone would beep low battery throught the night despite being on the charger. Im sure this resort is great if you have kids and want them to have fun memories but for an all adult trip was lacking...

We we're told no A LOT for basic requests. Only got wash cloths the first day. Food was OK. Music was great! Adult night life was fun.
