My family loved this resort and it had everything that could possibly make you feel at home. The food, pools, drinks, and facilities were top notch. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is thinking about going to Punta Cana

Awesome experience
The complex is huge plenty of activities and variety of food for all types of taste, friendly stuff, drinks are great, pools are fantastic, music also great, we had an awesome time there

Dionísio and Mayerlin are awesome!
It’s been a great experience. Dionísio and Marylin are great people, and they have helped us quite a lot. We’re having a great time and they have been very helpful with the reservations and all the information that was necessary.

Nov 30, 2025Bad experience overall. Ruined our honeymoon
This was the worse experience we had here in this place. Me and my wife recently got married and went to grand palladium punta cana for our honeymoon. Everything was good at first but they have workers that wear green shirts and they get commission by taking you to this travel club place. They promised us a hat and a beach bag for my wife and points witch is money that you can use to get discounts on stuff you purchase in the resort. We went through the 90 minute trial they explain what they offer, and those 90 minutes became 2 hours wasted of our time. We clearly let them know we weren’t interested and they keep pushing it like trying to force you to purchase they’re membership. So the only thing we walked out with was supposedly points for wasting our time, and i purchased a romantic dinner with my wife and i was going to use those points to purchase it but the code they gave us was incorrect. So i had to pay full price. That next day we went back to the club to let them know theyre code didn’t work and the manager and an employee were wasting our time supposedly try to fix the situation and they had us waiting for two more hours and didn’t resolve nothing! They said they would call me to give me a new code that same day or refund the money and they never reached out. Don’t fall for they’re scam if you end up going.

Nov 30, 2025Great Hotel, But Serious Room Issues
This was our second stay at the Grand Palladium and while the overall resort experience is great, we were very disappointed with the condition of our room on this visit. Unfortunately, the room had ongoing issues from the moment we arrived. We spent the first 48 hours trying to get basic amenities fixed. The TV and phone didn’t work, the safe was out of order, the lock on our door didn’t work 90% of the time and there is no hot water in the entire building during peak times (around 5–6 PM), which makes it difficult to shower after a day out. We also had ants and other bugs appearing throughout the space, and even though we raised this several times, nothing was done to properly address it. We found ourselves constantly chasing the guest relations team just to get these essentials sorted and that’s not how one would hope to spend their honeymoon. We’ve loved this hotel in the past when visited Mexico, which made this experience especially disappointing. The resort itself is wonderful, but the room conditions and lack of response to issues really need improvement. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the property has great potential—and we’d love to return if these concerns are addressed.
