    Good service

    Overall enjoyable stay, restaurants were nice. Nightly dancing and activities organized by staff to keep energy high. Highlight was the spa; definitely utilize the spa if you stay here.

    Fun times, fantastic staff

    Just back from a fabulous holiday in the Dominican sunshine. The staff really make it for me whether it be the welcome of Nicandro at reception Mandalia at the coffee shop Joelvi on towels Coca Cola and the amazing entertainment team Julio, Xavier, Edwin and the amazing William at the pool bar with Gerson, Andres, Jose etc I can’t thank them enough for making it special. The lobby team at night are also fabulous including Vidal and his superb cocktails and Pedro, Alberto and co behind the main bar and Sandiel with his infamous coffee trolley while all the amazing singing and dancing shows are taking place.

    Very good, will be back!

    My husband and I had a lovely time at the Palladium Palace and will be back. From the minute we arrived and throughout the trip, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The activities were fantastic and kept us busy so we didn't get bored. There were lots of pools and the beach is nicely kept. The room was outdated and the shower/tub was really hard for me to get in and put of at 5 months pregnant but they didn't have an option for another type. This needs to be updated. I really struggled. The shower also leaked and they couldn't fix it so we wouldn't really enjoy taking long showers. Big shoutouts and compliments to Barack Obama from the POP for making us feel like family and taking care of us so well. This man deserves a raise! He really went out of his way to always make sure we were doing well and even on his day off he made sure to let us know he wasn't going to be there. The wait staff were also fantastic! Big compliments to Maridalia, Leoandro, Juan, yeison and Karla. For the good managers a big compliment to Miguel and Wandy for taking amazing care of us! For the cooks, Francisco, Angela and Lionis were amazing and taking care of dietary restrictions with a huge smile. The spa services were also great. Chic was not worth it in my opinion because the lobby shows were amazing. We will be back. Thank you all!

    Mix up with rooms booked.

    Even though we tried to book in July, and asked specifically for bottom floors for all 3 rooms, as 1 from each room could not do stairs we got 2nd floor rooms. Had to wait in lobby until something was arranged. Over 1 hour of waiting. We did not get our rooms together as previously requested.
