Coffee shop may put unfiltered water in your drink. I saw employee use rinse water for a coffee.
Employees are purposely using unfiltered water to make quests sick. Food temperature is not properly checked. Becareful.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton
Our stay at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton had a small glitch, we ended up being moved to the Jamaica side due to construction on Lady Hamilton side. Everything worked out the rooms were junior suites which was what we asked for. The service from the Travel Club was outstanding, Renardo, Kamoy, Keniesha , Terron, and others were extremely helpful and did an outstanding job. The POP staff did a chocolate and rum presentation which was very interesting. The Pure chocolate company has a large variety of flavored chocolates that we got to sample. The food was very good in all the ala carte restaurants, with the exception of the Mexican. They started a new menu the night we ate there. The service was slow, probably due to new dishes, the sea food dish was very good, the carnitas did not meet my expectations. Then Negril buffet for breakfast was very good, especially when Mrs. Robinson recognized my partner saying I remember your face and how she liked her omelet! The Hibachi dinner with Chef ChingChing was amazing, he kept everyone entertained and the food was very excellent. Lunches were either at the travel club lounge or the sports bar. The fish tacos at tjhe sports bar are highly recommended. Over all it was a wonderful time, and we can't wait ot return.

Gym Workout ( Yoga)
I had an excellent workout with Richard. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating, and made the entire session both fun and productive. His positive energy and professionalism truly stood out, creating an environment that made me feel comfortable and encouraged throughout the workout. I would absolutely return to the gym to train with him again and highly recommend him to others.

Beautiful Resort
The resort is beautiful. The pool is fantastic and the beaches small but very nice. The food was above average. The dinner buffets leave a little to be desired but breakfast was good. The à la carte restaurants were very good. The jerk hut was also really good. We just returned and you can still see a lot of work being done to repair hurricane damage but it wasn’t noisy or bothersome. Capacity seemed to be on the low side. We never needed to go to the pool early to save seats. And were always able to get a spot on the beaches in the afternoon. The sports bar was fun and they had Australian open tennis, NBA, NHL, NFL playoffs and CFP championship while we were there. We had one issue with our room and after waiting four hours with maintenance never showing up they finally moved us to another room. It ended up being a better room in size and location so it worked out. It wouldn’t stop me from visiting again. Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly. The resort seemed to be short staffed some but the employees there worked hard and were very helpful. We only went to one evening show, The Rock Show, and it was great. The vocalists they had at the Infinity Bar were all fantastic too. Make sure to make the walk out to Sunset Cove Beach. It’s the nicest of the beaches, has a Jerk Hut and beach bar, and was calm enough 6 out of our 7 days to kayak or paddleboard. Las Brisas beach is a great snorkeling spot. They have a small area of rocks you can walk out to with a lot of fish and coral. Make sure to see a sunset. You can get a good view from the Infinity Bar. We tried this resort for the first time this year after the previous resort we normally stayed at changed ownership. This may be our new regular spot!

A nice experience but quite a few buts....
We stayed in the Superior Private Pool Apartment, which was spacious and well laid out, with a separate living room, a large bathroom, and a big bedroom. The apartment had two terraces: one off the living room and a larger one with the private pool. In terms of space for the price, it was excellent compared to other hotels. Overall, we had a nice stay, but there were several very annoying issues. The biggest problem was the constant pressure from the timeshare team. They tried to lure guests in with a “welcome gift” and then aggressively pushed a sales pitch. Unfortunately, my husband was polite and stopped to talk to one staff member, and from that moment on we felt hunted — even to the point of being approached near our bedroom. They then sent a friendly young guy to have breakfast with us, after which we were whisked away to a sales suite. We sat through a pitch where they tried to sell us a deal costing thousands of pounds, supposedly to save money on future holidays. We were only allowed to leave after an hour, once it was clear the sale wasn’t happening. After that, we actively avoided sales staff by taking detours around the resort. It felt ridiculous to spend our holiday — which we paid good money for — dodging salespeople. Another issue was the sunbed towel situation. Guests would reserve loungers with towels and then disappear for hours. This practice really should be stopped. We also paid for the spa experience, but just as we were about to swim out to the outdoor pool, a wedding party informed us that we couldn’t because a wedding was taking place. Considering we had paid an entrance fee, this was frustrating. If weddings block access to facilities, guests should not be admitted during those times. While most staff were friendly, they were extremely pushy about reviews. On more than one occasion, we were told during dinner to take out our phones and leave a positive review while the server stood over us watching what we wrote. This was very uncomfortable and off-putting. Lastly, the main pool looked dirty. There was debris floating in the spa areas, and around the pool there was hair and other things I couldn’t identify. We didn’t return to the pool after that. If you’re willing to put up with all of this, you do get more space and better accommodation (including a private pool) for your money than at many other all-inclusive resorts. But for us, the constant sales and review pressure and cleanliness of the main pool, really took away from the experience. We do like the overall resort and most of the staff are lovely but we feel the resort management could do a lot better and end this practise of selling to paying holiday guests looking to relax.
