Oasis in the desert
Had a very nice stay here. The room had 2 king beds instead of 2 queens or 2 doubles. The bath was nice. Breakfast was good they put out a really impressive buffet on the weekend. The spa was nice and uses great products. The pools were probably the best amenity. They have pools and slides for every age with lifeguards where needed. The adult pool was quiet and had a large jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant experience here. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town. Thanks for taking good care of us.

We found this hotel to be quite disappointing on a few fronts. I will start by saying this probably isn't my usual sort of hotel but I did expect it to be better than it was. If you like the higher end hotel this is not the place for you. We liked the size of the room we had but it really felt in need of a bit of an update. The bathroom looked like it had recently been updated in terms of the tiling etc but the taps didn't work properly and the hot water took a very long time to come through. The bed was comfortable but something that was very annoying was the loud noises from the air con unit and also the in-room cooler/refrigerator. Both kept me awake on our first night so I switched off the air con and had to ask several times for the fridge to be disconnected so that the rest of our nights were quieter. The main drawback of this hotel for us was the very rowdy bunch of drunk conference attendees located around our room, shouting in the corridors late at night and being loud in the morning. It would be worth checking if they are hosting a conference if you are going to stay here as its not pleasant. When the conference attendees left they were replaced with a vast amount of families with young children. If you are travelling with young children then it looked really fun for that so you would no doubt have a great time, if not then you will find it very noisy and not ideal. We were only staying 3 nights otherwise we would have moved. The plus side to this hotel is that the food is nice in the restaurants and the outdoor areas are really pretty. The staff in the restaurants are really nice and service was great. Location wise the hotel is in a reasonable place for getting around. The hotel isn't value for money in my view, I wouldn't return.

Was ok. Breakfast room was very cold staff was awesome remodeling was great. Pool was fantastic. The only thing I felt they needed was resort walking and bike trails. I would definitely recommend.

Dec 02, 2025Avoid the Champions Suite on the first Floor
We are Hyatt Globalists and were literally given the worst suite I have ever seen. We didn’t get upgraded into this suite but rather used our earned Suite Upgrade reward. It was so disappointing. The showers were so small and one of them didn’t have consistent hot water. We didn’t get access to our room until 4:30 pm which made us late to our Thanksgiving dinner reservations. This room isn’t really a suite but two rooms repurposed. The garbage can is literally the decor on one of the walls. This suite is on the first floor adjacent to the main water slide. Loud music was constant and started at 7:50 am. We couldn’t even open the drapes since people were walking by so close to the room. Also, the hallway was under construction and the ice maker for the floor is literally a few feet from the bed. It’s a super strange layout of a room and the hallway ice maker is recessed into our room. We were so looking forward to a relaxing stay and it was the opposite. We were desperate to move but they told us nothing else was available. We asked again the next day and the only room they had was the penthouse suite which didn’t have two full bathrooms. We took it since we couldn’t handle another night in the loud “cave” So lessons learned 1) don’t accept room 1245 2) don’t book a Champions suite because you might get put in this room 3) you are better off with a Penthouse suite since you won’t be on the first floor
