**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Winter Getaway – Exceptional Service & Relaxed Luxury** We just returned from an incredible stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We traveled during the winter season (January 5–25), and it couldn’t have been a better time to visit—perfect weather around 78 degrees, zero crowds, and excellent value for the budget. The service was outstanding across the board, and a few team members really deserve special recognition. Reggie, our waiter, provided consistently attentive and friendly service that made every meal even more enjoyable. Laura from the lobby/bell service was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going the extra mile. Elena at the front desk was professional, warm, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality truly made us feel valued as guests. As a cigar smoker, I really appreciated having designated areas where I could relax and unwind with a cigar—something you don’t always find at resorts, and it added a personal touch to the experience for me. We also took advantage of some of the extra amenities and excursions, including camel riding and ATVs, and they were absolutely wonderful—well organized, fun, and memorable highlights of the trip. Overall, the experience was so enjoyable that we’re already talking about spending more time here on our next visit. Between the outstanding service, relaxed atmosphere, great amenities, and ideal winter conditions, this resort delivered an exceptional vacation. We can’t wait to return! This trip was my third time staying at the hotel. The second time with my family. While the hotel is in a beautiful location and the wait staff works extremely hard to please the guests we had a fire-life-safety issue which left me stunned with the management and as a result we will take our business elsewhere. My family and I booked 3 rooms (one a 2 bedroom suite) in early January. While there, my daughter's room had an electrical short which resulted in burned wiring which shorted out the air conditioning unit. The entire room smelled like an electrical fire. The incident was promptly reported to the front desk and while they sent workmen to the room, made no offer to move rooms. The hotel had very low occupancy while we were there so plenty of rooms were available. My daughter requested a new room, the front desk said they would call when one became available, several phone calls later, no room. They finally went to the front desk and were assigned a new room. In the meantime, they had moved all their belongs to my room, then moved themselves to the new room. No apologies, no offer of bellman assistance. I was not happy with the way the incident was handled so went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. I was told one would call me. Several calls and repeated visits to the front desk followed. Every time I was assured a manager was working on the issue. Three days later upon check-out, a manager, Ana came to speak to me. She said that since it was not an "actual fire" there was nothing the hotel could do. Again no apology of any kind. Thank God it was not an "actual fire" and my daughter was not harmed. I had asked for one night's refund for my daughter's room (I had booked a total of 15 room nights). I booked through Costco, and advised Costco of the situation. The hotel refused Costco's request of a credit. Costco books thousands of room nights a year with this chain. Don't think as a guest if you have any type of an issue the management will do their best to make it right or even offer a simple apology. Their lack of concern for their guests safety is appalling. The hotel has no railing on stairwells, or on the steps leading to the pool. Should you have a balance issue as I do, the pool railing ends one step short of the water making it difficult to get in or out of the pool without assistance. If safety is a concern, stay elsewhere. There a plenty of beautiful properties in Cabo. Next year we'll be staying at a property that takes guests' safety seriously.

Fiesta kids club
Kids club was fantastic thank you Perla, Britney, Anahí and Brenda. All our kids had so much fun and it made it very memorable.

Sushi with Brian was amazing! Sashimi was perfect service was perfect felt like royalty here. Would recommend 100 percent.
