Great service
Manages, Angel, Alex Santas were amazing at their job. They were kind, attentive, and very efficient. We did not want for anything that they weren’t very quick to provide. Thank you

The good. The spirit and service culture of the people working there. Standouts include the staff at the Italian restaurant as well as Vina Del Mar. The ladies making delicious omelettes were terrific. The section crew headed by Jose with help from Cruz and Carlos were exceptional. 2 days in and they knew our names and drink orders. So attentive. Also room attendant Adeline seemed to be always working. The beachfront staff were ok. The facilities are adequate. The shoreline is scenic. If you’re looking for a long walking beach this isn’t it. The bad: The check in process was over an hour at 7 pm. Way more staff across the lobby at the time share desks attending to Nobody! The lack of reservations ability meant that many people showed up at the same time creating 1 hour plus waiting times. Why not lay out a limited lunch and dinner buffet to alleviate this or create a reservation system that charges a fee for no shows? Overall a good experience but easy to make better.

Victir hugo was a gem!
We had a large group which can be overwhelming but victor hugo took such great care of us! He made sure that our drinks were never empty and we never had to ask for refills, honestly we have never experienced such great service before and he was such a asset for us! We truly appreciated everything he did for us! He deserves a shout out!

Amazing Resort! 10/10 would recommend
Amazing bachelor party trip! The food was insanely good, the drinks flowed a little too easily, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Huge shoutout to our girl Nicole Olmos. She’s the absolute best and somehow kept our whole chaotic crew organized. The resort was beautiful, the vibe was perfect, and we’re already talking about going back… once we fully recover. Highly recommend the clubhouse sandwhich at 1am.
