Beautiful Hotel
This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything is first rate luxury. The rooms are fantastic, the bathtub was the size of a jacuzzi, the views were great, and you didn't have to wait for elevators (despite the fact that there were over 70 floors). The casino is huge and literally a work of art. IMO, this is the nicest hotel in Vegas. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my bill, and they took care of it right away with no fuss.

Great Hotel Experience - Horrible Casino
Very elegant and beautiful hotel. I had a complimentary 3 night stay so I didn't pay for anything other than food. The rooms are gorgeous, very clean and have the most comfortable beds! All the staff were very friendly. The Casino was not very fun. Very quiet and subdued. My sister and I lost about $300 without ever winning more than $7 or $8 at a time - slots are very tight. Big drawback is it is not walking distance to anything worthwhile, especially for older people like me. Spent a lot on uber to get to busier part of the strip.

One of the best!
Absolutely the best experience! Overall facilities including restaurants were enjoyable. Guest satisfaction is obviously a priority. The Lapis SPA is well worth the visit.
