Beautiful resort and fantastic employees that always welcome you home. I would like to mention the wonderful staff at the morning buffet who greeted us daily and anticipated our preferences. Especially Rosalio and Gume. Gume loved to welcome us every morning to his office. He absolutely loves his job and is a joy to encounter every morning. Rosalio always asked if I wanted my one flour tortilla... he just remembers everything. I would also like to mention that Maria Martinez always welcomed us and asked if she could help in any way. On our first day we were so happy to see Sergio at the beach! He is a fantastic asset to the property. FAPVR has come a long way over the past 4 years with food quality and Club level amenities. Azul had opened while we were there. A beautiful ocean front elegant evening dining experience. This spot will bring many memories for thos able to experience the newest fine dining experience at FAPVR. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The ‘Adults only’ are accommodated for an extra fee at a small area that has a bar and shallow pool with a view. Great beach area, vendors not pushy. Lobby bar is closed during the day, leaving only the pool bar. Great beach area, vendors not pushy. With the exception of a brief but fabulous Mariachi band and a great performance by the staff with the tree lighting ceremony, entertainment mostly consists of blaring or canned music by the pool. The Veranda Crew
We always have a great experience with the”entire team” on the veranda. Each morning has been such a delight! Everyone is friendly attentive and each one is genuinely committed to making the meal enjoyable. My husband and I now know how to make the Verda Juice! Their professionalism and positive energy truly makes coming back a 5th year an easy choice.

Exceptional
My husband and I had are 3rd visit at the hotel. We ALWAYS have an amazing time. In the morning the breakfast buffet is amazing. Gume made us feel welcome and like family. Him and his team on the veranda took great care of us. The service is exceptional. We would spend the rest of the day up at the adults only rooftop pool and Rapheal and Nacho were amazing. They offered exceptional service and made us feel like family. Whenever we come to PV this is where we stay. It is best to do the Fiesta Rewards upgrade for the extra amenities. To Gume & Rapheal...Montana John and his wife Melissa thank you so much and if you ever make it to Montana reach out to us. Look forward to seeing you at our next visit.

Amazing Family Stay: Fantastic Staff and Delicious Food
Our family visited the resort in November with our two kids, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was exceptional and took great care of us throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Kevin at the snack bar and Gume at the Chula Vista buffet veranda. Gume truly went above and beyond—he knew exactly what we needed for breakfast, from coffee and tea to warm water for the kids. He was also fantastic with our children, keeping them entertained while we enjoyed our meal. And when my son showed interest in a slingshot, Gume even went out of his way to get one for him and teach him to use it. The food was delicious as well, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Got to see whales breaching right from the hotel room. Highly recommend!
