Aug 21, 2025Fiesta Condesa did it again! Amazing experience
The staff is amazing, the hotel has a lot of variety with food, and entertainement! It’s our second time here and we will be returning again! We noticed a lot of changes nee furniture, more seating, new restaurants! Soledad from prevention was so sweet and went above and beyond for us!

Fantastic service and variety of activities
The activities were great! Shout out to Dennis, Jonathan, and Andrew from the entertainment team who ran various activities like yoga, guacamole cooking class water aerobics, and dance class. They were all fun and enhanced my experience. The servers Elmar and JJ provided excellent service by the poolside. I highly recommend staying on a Monday night because on Monday evenings they have a Mexican show and dinner outdoors included in the all-inclusive. I enjoyed the games and churros. I hope they keep adding vegan menu items. The wrap mexicano, which included cactus, by the poolside was my favourite.

Family R&R before getting back to it!
Took my family here for a little getaway before we welcome our next child into the world. 5 days of relaxation is what we had in mind, so we booked a room with a plunge pool. Every morning our little guy (2.5yo) wanted to go outside and check the water of the pool. That set the tone for the rest of our time here, as we spent the majority of the time at the pool. They were very nice pools and the food was a very nice variety of local cuisine and American staples. Poolside burgers and hotdogs were pretty good, along with the salads. I didn’t tease my pregnant wife with the ceviche, so I got fish and chips from that restaurant that were pretty delightful. Pizza stand was pretty good, just know how you like it and ask beforehand (extra sauce, more peppers/onions/olives/etc. The Mexicana restaurant was very delicious! I had the most wonderful lobster tail (extra$, but worth it). Flautas were AMAZING! Sopa de Huerta was very rich, but sublime soup. The Market had everything you could want for breakfast and lunch, then dinner too if you don’t get in at a restaurant at the time you want or just want to go and choose what you like. Thanks to Sebastian at Brasa by the Sea restaurant. He encouraged me to be persistent about getting a table at the restaurant since I missed reservation making time 2-4pm. A line starts around 1:40/1:45, so keep that in mind if you have somewhere to be. Food here was great! I love the Brazilian steakhouse atmosphere and trying new cuts of meat. The desserts and coffee from the coffee shop were delicious as well. Our guy wanted to stop there frequently to get a snack…we jumped on board most times. Big shoutout to Erica at Miiluma spa! She gave me an awesome deep tissue massage! Overall a great vacation for just what we needed! Would recommend to families for sure! The beach, sadly, is going through what all beaches in this region are dealing with, the seaweed. Aside from dredging the ocean constantly, there’s no solution in the short term. We love getting out in the ocean and kids don’t want to play in the weeds. This is why having the really nice pools were crucial to family happiness. More night entertainment would be nice, but we are at an age with our guy where that wasn’t too important.

Fiesta Americana
This was a family trip with 10 of us staying at the resort. From arrival this has been a phenomenal experience. The staff throughout are courteous, cordial and friendly extremely accommodating. Shout out to Nadia at the pool area, for her amazing service. To the manager at the buffet, Eladio for his conducting of the staff, I watched him, as a maestro conducting an orchestra. To the chefs at the restaurants that cooked amazing food. Hats off to the upper management, truly an experience worth having. And my family will definitely be back again. From the Maharaj and the extended family.

The Best All-Inclusive Experience in Cancun
This was easily the best all-inclusive experience that I have ever had in Cancun. As a General Manager for a Candlewood Suites in a busy major US city, I completely understand how hard and near-impossible it is to have everything running so smoothly at a hotel. But the staff, management, servers, and crew at the Fiesta Americana Condessa Cancun seem to do the impossible every single day that we were there. From the wait-staff at the poolside, Nadia and Paloma, to our servers at our restaurants, to our bartenders, to the room-service, to the bellhops, to the chefs and management, there has been only exceeded expectations throughout our entire experience. I came with my immediate family as a part of a larger family vacation with my extended-family (my sister and brother and their children), and, from the beginning, when our rooms were all placed next to each other, to our entire party of 10 being considered by the staff at every event and experience and meal was so incredibly thoughtful and made all of the difference. The food was, simply put, the best that we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun. Every bite was exquisite. From the David Family and the Maharaj Family, we sincerely thank all staff and management at the Fiesta Americana Condessa Cancun for a vacation holiday that we will not soon forget.
