Some good, some not so good
This resort has a great location. I liked the rooms themselves, but parts of the property could use an update. We booked this place partially because it had a tennis court, but it was was borderline unusable. They probably shouldn't even advertise that they have one. One of the pools had an awful smell. Not sure what it was, but it didn't smell like just chlorine. It was also the one that was near the outdoor dining area and the pool bar, which was less than appetizing. However, the room was really quiet and we didn't hear any noise from other guests, so that was relaxing. I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and old town Scottsdale. I also really liked the daily social hour and the free breakfast. I would stay here again if the price were right, but I'd probably try a nicer property otherwise.

ROACHES IN THE BED...dirty moldy disgusting!!!!
I have stayed at this property many times on business. I arrived and they were kind at the front desk and they allowed me to check in early. The room was moldy smelling. I laid down to nap and woke up to two live roaches running across my bed. I texted the front desk and told them. They said they would clean the room. I left and came back after dinner. I laid down to sleep and out of the corner of my eye I saw a roach running across the headboard. I was freaking out. It was soooo gross. I gathered my things and left the hotel. It was late and I told the front desk via text about the issue again. They said sorry we are charging you for the room. I was surprised since I have stayed at this property so often but will no longer. I would not stay here. It is falling apart and smells badly and roaches in the bed are not acceptable.

Lack of Communication and Support
I am formally expressing my concern regarding my ongoing experience with your customer service team. I have been attempting to resolve a lost/found issue for over three weeks and have had to call multiple times for follow-up. Although a pickup date was agreed upon, when that day arrived, no one seemed to have information about the arrangement, and the pickup did not occur. I was given a manager’s business card; however, the phone number listed was out of service. The manager’s name was Tyrell Hicks, if I recall correctly. Additionally, I was advised multiple times that I would receive a call back, which did not happen. I understand that delays can occur; however, the repeated back-and-forth, missed commitments, and lack of follow-through have been frustrating. At this point, I am doubtful that I will be recovering my belongings. Regardless, I believe no guest should be treated this way. Due to the lack of communication and follow-through, I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to others. Sincerely, Ms. K

Bad Luck For You
I had to stay here for my son’s hockey tournament and it was so awful I feel compelled to write a review. I’m a Hilton diamond member and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. I had 3 rooms for my entire family. Room number 1: bugs in the toilet when we arrived. Kitchen area sink did not drain at all and the cleaning service did not seem to care and left it that way. They also left obviously used glasses and paper cups to sit out instead of cleaning them. The extra blanket had numerous pubic hairs on it. When we arrived, it was 76 degrees with the a/c on. I called and they said they would send someone and did not. I had to sleep with doors open - they did send someone out the next morning to mostly fix it but the bedroom had zero vents working at all. So Room number 2: the tub had so much black residue in the drain that if you used the shower it came out of the drain into the tub basin. The tub itself leaked into the bathroom. Room 3 took the cake. It had a bit of a smell when we first arrived. After a day we realized the floor in the living room was drenched. I lifted the carpet to find mold and bugs crawling all over. Maintenance came out and moved us but then the hotel messed up our keys and locked us out of our new room. And when I explained all this politely to the man at the front desk, his response was “bad luck for you I guess” The only thing that was okay was that the night manager seemed a little grossed out and the maintenance people came quickly when they were actually called. Stay far away from this dump

Great experience
I stayed here for three nights in December 2025 and the day was outstanding. The breakfast buffet had everything you would want for breakfast including yogurt, four types of cereal, custom-made, omelettes, juices, bacon, pork, and turkey sausage, oatmeal, pastries, and potatos.
