The hotel has very good customer service experience. We will like to recommend and recognize Nery, Keidy, Leslie and Jacinto, besides Stevenson and the rest of the group that always serve us with gratitude, respect and appreciation.

This hotel offered a comfortable and spacious room. The staff were very pleasant and attentive to your needs as you entered the hotel especially Roman who assisted in any way that he could. Special mention to Marleny at the desk in the lounge who was very welcoming and cheerful with each encounter.

Excellent hotel and restaurant customer service experience
Very good hotel, with excellent customer service experience. The Royal Hideaway experience was great with Katelyn, Stevenson and Carolyn at the Royal reception room. We appreciate your hospitality. Thanks!!!

Great experience
The service was so wonderful. Melanie and Joelkis were very nice. I definitely recommend the margarita and espresso martini!
