    El Cid Castillia was overall good experience Eating at a Buffet often is tough. alternating menu would be good to have more variety… The al la carte restaurants were really good. The staff and service was Excellent. Ivan Corona and Yukary were outstanding and very Professional. We would have enjoyed the pooL more if it wasn’t cold water. The cocktails were not great due to the fountain pop, canned pops were preferred. On the Beach, the big bands were too much in front of resort all day long. to much noise, very very Loud and 3 bands at the same time was to much noise did Not enjoy that would consider a different location in mazatlan due to the Loud bands/ on beach

    Help with a smile at El Cid Granada

    Had some problems with my suitcase. Reception sent a bellboy RIGOBERTO and took care of it. Very helpful and " with a smile" helped more than I needed. Did not even take a tip !!!help The room service is great also. Windy, the made and her boss Abelina were always very helpful, even though I an a sticler how to make my bed !!!

    A most enjoyable visit.

    We had a wonderful time and we were treated so well. Rigoberto the bell boy from Granada took such good care of us the entire time. He was always there when we needed anything we just had to ask. He took care of us last year also in the same exemplary way and remembered us when we arrived this year. Our stay here is always highlighted when we see him.

    Winter vacation at ElCid

    First time at ElCid , all staff have been very helpful and pleasant. Choice of alacartes is great and food is great. The pools and beach are amazing. Our room has an amazing view of the ocean and pool area. Very comfortable beds and bedding. A ton of activities available to be enjoyed .

    Family tripping

    Maids kept the rooms very tidy! Service at the pool is exceptional! Had great area by the beach to lounge and swim! This has been a very relaxing vacation! The restaurant have had very good food with exceptional waiters! You do have to make reservations at some the restaurants!
