I recently stayed at this hotel and had the best time. The rooms were spotless and the hotel itself was stunning. What really made the stay special was the amazing entertainment staff specifically: Orlando, Brownie, Babyface, Tony, Pikachu, Angel, Johnathan and Mr Wonderful who are all amazing. They work so hard to ensure everyone has a great time and their enthusiasm creates such a welcoming environment, they helped make our vacation memorable! I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place to stay with an exceptional friendly entertainment team, and I cannot wait to return!

Wonderful Stay!
The resort was clean, classy and beautiful. The amount of green surrounding the pools offered wonderful tropical views. Food was amazing. Kids club was really good for our kids with wonderful friendly staff that would do such creative activities with the kids. We would definitely stay here again!!

Royal Dreams, a tropical paradise worth experiencing
We have been to a few tropical resorts but by far Royal dreams has been our best experience. The staff is friendly and helpful , the food is fabulous , making reservations at any a la carte restaurant was easy (and we had 10 guests) . The beaches are awesome and clean and the pools are great for all ages. Our king size bed room was vary spacious with a jacuzzi on the balcony. There was great nightly entertainment at the theater and sometimes at the beach. We had beautiful sunny weather(88° + each day) for the 8 days we stayed. I do not usually write reviews this positive but this time I felt high praise was in order.

Great Vacation
We went to this resort with another couple May 10 - 16 and had a great time! It is a resort we will be coming back to as it was a great overall experience and has something for everyone. We stayed in a pool view room in building 5. The room was very clean and well kept, we had a nice balcony with a view of the 'lazy river' and was local to the pool/beach. The housekeeping was great, and the fridge was stocked daily, the nightly turn down service was something that we were unaware of originally, but it was nice to come back to the room with fresh towels. The beach was really nice and well maintained to remove any seaweed that may accumulate. We walked the beach a couple of times in the early morning, minimal seaweed and the tractor was working the beach with a rake picking up any seaweed but also loosening the sand as well. The water was nice and warm, fairly calm and we saw many sea turtles (smaller) swimming close to the shoreline during our stay. There were always shaded loungers available throughout the day with serving staff regularly checking in to see if you need a beverage while taking in the beach. There are beach vendors that walk around trying to sell souvenirs, some will just walk by, others will try to start a conversation but if you say no, they will move on without hassle. We had access to all of the pools as preferred members but there are options for all visitors to the resort. The preferred members have a pool near the Italian restaurant which we checked out for a few hours one day, it had lots of loungers but a quieter atmosphere. It was not the atmosphere for us but if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy poolside, this would be the place for you. We spent most of our pool time at the main pool by the beach, we enjoy the livelier atmosphere. There is also an infinity pool behind the theatre which was very cool and provides a shadier spot within the palm trees. I would say this is a happy medium between the preferred pool and the main pool for lively atmosphere. We spent the 2nd most pool time here. We also checked out the 'lazy river' which the flow is not the greatest but it's a nice quiet spot to 'float' around, swim around, or just hang out. We also went to the water slides pool which was a lot of fun with 4 different slide options and has loungers to hang out for the day if you want. The food overall was good; there were lots of options to choose from and never left hungry. We ate at the Steakhouse, Italian, Japanese for dinner and we all agreed that the Steakhouse was our favorite a la carte followed closely by the Italian. The overall staff and welcoming atmosphere at this resort was fantastic, which for us, is what makes the trip all that more enjoyable. The food service staff were great, the entertainment staff were engaging and brought energy to all the activities, the pool boys/grounds crew kept the property well maintained and clean throughout our stay, the beach service staff were great at maintaining the beach but also checking in on the beach loungers for any beverage needs. The pool staff were great at all the pool areas with routinely checking how we were doing with our beverages. I have to provide a shout out to Wilkin from the Grotto Bar. He was serving the pool side loungers while we were on the resort and before we got to know him, we were impressed with his energy and work ethic. He is always smiling, engaging with people, and he sprints all day long collecting cups, taking orders, and delivering drinks. He had our drink orders memorized and there were times we were in the pool and he would look over from wherever he was, give us a thumbs up if we needed a drink and would bring one over on his next trip around. The nightly entertainment was good, we didn't venture into the sports bar but it did have pool tables, dart boards, and a couple of tv's from what I remember when we checked it out. There is a casino that you can access at Secrets which has some table games and slot machines. We went to the disco twice located within Secrets which is the best I have seen in an all-inclusive resort that I have been to. It is a roof top disco with a large dance floor and seating outside on the roof top. Very cool! The only negative I have to say for the resort, the main pool has very minimal loungers which means if you don't have one 'reserved' by 8am, you won't have a lounger by the main pool. We managed to get loungers almost every day but if you go to the pool after 9am, likely there would not be any loungers available. We were looking for a much needed vacation and very glad we chose this resort for this vacation. It was a great overall experience and is a definitely an option to return on our next vacation!

We had a wonderful experience and would go back in a heartbeat. It was a true vacation. Food was excellent. Rooms were very clean and staff was awesome. I had a massage and it was perfect. We will be returning. It was a true vacation of rest and relaxation. Just being on the beach was a gift.
