    It is worth it

It is a nice resort, it is beautiful, clean, amazing location. I have read comments about the food - but there is nothing to worry about it. It is OK that breakfast can not be different every morning, but still plenty of choices. Staff is amazing - polite and helpful Very proper hotel for families with kids- lots of pools and activities Special shout out to the Chef in Oceana - food was amazing, Norvegian salmon and creme brulee were delicious

    Dreams Preferred Club

We really love this place. If you don not mind children around it is a beautiful property and the people are very nice and helpful. We had a personal concierge which I would normally say isn't something I would like. However, after the experience we had with Marcelo I would not want to go without one. He went so far beyond what we expected. Literally any little thing we had a question about or needed he took care of it. From booking us dinners to reserving a cabana on the beach for us to scheduling our ride back to the airport he was there for us. Also he surprised us with an anniversary surprise in our room which was absolutely amazing! This was our best vacation yet!

Dreams Royal Beach PC does not disappoint! Exceeded expectations!

I stayed at this gorgeous resort Jan 2025, and it was by far the best for many reasons, namely a beautiful, walkable beach, plenty of lounge chairs on the beach or poolside and excellent service at every restaurant. Eliza in Entertainment was a lot of fun and remembered us each time she saw us. Santos, who served at Fusion and World Cafe, was excellent and quick. We've been to several Dreams properties, and the Mexican restaurant was the best we've ever had.

    One of our best Vacation

Travel Sept 16-24th -2024 Wedding Anniversary & Birthday Celebration. Just getting around to this review, which was one of our best vacations in September of 2024. We book the Preferred Club Deluxe Swim up King Suite. When we arrive at the Preferred Club Lobby check in section and were greeted with bottle water and hand towels. Everyone at the check in desk, were most pleasant with smiles which made us feel right at home. We were assigned a Concierge Junior who was excellent with English and Spanish. Junior took us to our room by motor cart. Upon arriving at our room, we walk in and had to be moved to another room because of the smell of bleach. We were taken to our next room and the same smell was too potent for us to stay. The two rooms had been clean with heavy bleach and the smell gave us headache. Junior moved us to the Cielo Azul buildings and the room was perfect. Well let me get started. The Concierge Junior, Chefs, the Hostess, the Servers, the Beach Servers, I’ve listed them by name because they took very good care of all our needs and made our stay most memorable. I must say they are the best. Chefs Cooks Hostess Seaside Grill Beach Servers David Guerro Katherina Juana Tomas Miguelito Charles Yubelki Yira Maria Towels Service Urbe Trida Namcy Kiana Flor Lisa Orlando Flex Gomez-Mgr Glenny Emmuel Leonardo-Mgr Belgica Juan Yira World Cafe Jessica Jenifer Maria Yulissa Candy Elena Brenda Claudia Clioudo Ana Sia Maiker Stephany Ariel Carolina Yesica The Resort: Our swim up room was excellent with a Jacuzzi on the patio. Our room was spacious and clean. Safe box in room and bathroom excellent. We had the amazing housekeeping person. Room was always clean and any extras we need she made sure we received them. The Beach: The Preferred Club had reserve beach chairs on the beach and that was a nice touch. We had no problems getting beach chairs. Towels were plentiful with no problem having extra for that 8am swim. The Resort has an excellent beach. The water perfect. No rocks. And the Sand had no seaweed. The Resort has a tractor that would suck up any seaweed from the day before. The sand on the beach was crystal clean. There are a few vendors who come by, but once you tell them you are not interested, they pretty much would leave you alone for the rest of your vacation. I think we paid cash for an inexpensive item, but didn’t want the item so it was like a donation. I am a lap swimmer and swan everyday in the ocean which was a good work out every day. The Pool: For the most parts the pool was great. I Lap swim in the pool just after cleaning every morning around 7am. Activities: There is some kind of activity going on every day. We did take in the violinist performance at night and she was outstanding. We didn’t do many, activities because we are just beach lounging people. The Food: We had the best hostess, Waiters, Waitress, Cooks and Chefs. Breakfast: The buffet was excellent. I know they have the same food almost every day but you have to learn how to mix and match foods. I had Katherine, Yubelki and Namcy mix and match foods for me. One morning I have French Toast with Mix fruit on top. Shrimp, Onions, Cheese, Omelet. Fresh cook Waffle with mix fruit on top and melted butter and hot syrup. They had some amazing sausages. For Lunch: We would really mix things up. One day we had Lobster tails for Lunch. The salads were the best and the bread they serve was a good selection. I had lobster tacos, fresh cook chicken tacos, shrimp tacos with salads on different days. We are seafood eaters, we don’t do hot dogs, hamburgers, and pizza. We didn’t have any problems eating in the other restaurant, we always found amazing seafood to eat. Dinner: Our Anniversary Dinner, Junior made sure our request was carried out. We had Shrimp Ceviche, Soup in a wheat Potato Bowl. Main meal was Lobster Tails, Shrimps, and Salmon. We were surprised with a special anniversary cake. Tomas, Maria, and Flor Lisa are the best in the Seaside Grill. Birthday: My Concierge Junior surprise my wife with a special dinner for her birthday. We had the same appetizers, Ceviche and Soup. Main meal with Extra Large Shrimp with the head on with Salmon and veggies. Junior also had a small birthday cake and live entertainment at the table for her. That was and excellent touch. Flex Gomez really made her day special with a special table outside of the World Café with white table cloths and crystal glasses and candles. The CoCo Café servers for pastry and water and coffee were friendly and always pleasant. All the hostess, greeted you with a smile, Belgicia, Brenda, were the best. They just made you fell like you known them all your life. My hat is tip to all those names listed above who made our Vacation memorable, and especially to Katherina, Yubelki, Namcy, who prepared our Lundh meals to perfection, to Charles and Urbe Trida , who prepared our Dinner meals with exquisite touches. I have travel to Mexico and Punta Cana for years, and throughout our travels I have learned that kindness begets kindness. If you interact with everyone at the Resorts, they will interact with you. If you speak to them, they will speak to you. If you are rude to them, they will be rude to you, and Americans can be rude at times. Our Vacation was so amazing, meeting so many amazing people at the Palm Beach Resort, until we can’t wait to return next year to see all those faces who made our anniversary and birthday vacation the best.

A great stay! Would recommend to my family

Let’s start with the room.. the sleep was incredible plenty of pillows comfortable sheets and a weighted comforter for an incredible sleeping experience. Water bottles were stocked every day by housekeeping! We booked a junior swim up suite. This room was excellent. If you’re looking for a private experience as a couple or with other family members book this room now. I think the preferred section offered a little more luxury with a quieter relaxing setting. We did travel to the main pool on the other side of the resort which requires a ride on the golf cart or connecting bridge that takes you through a nature reserve. My family enjoyed walking the connecting bridge to the main dreams resort over riding in the cart. shoutout to my fitness people! I thought food was decent for all inclusive. I believe they could improve some of their dishes or offer more options for certain areas, but hey you are booking this trip to drink swim and drink more right? I would come back here again instead of booking a new hotel. Weather was 75-85 degrees F every day. Our trip was 15-22 of January.
