May 19, 2025An Exceptional Resort with Exceptional People
This resort never disappoints. From the rooms to the food, pools, beach, entertainment, and so on, it’s absolutely A+. But the best part is the people. Always friendly, kind, and ready to help. I specifically want to mention Franklin, our butler, who went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. He’s not only a great person, but now a special friend. A very special thank you for making my niece’s and her fiancee’s romantic dinner a lifetime memory.

An amazing time with an amazing butler and staff!
This was my third time at Dreams in Punta Cana and my fiancé’s first time and it was spectacular. Our butler, Franklin, was so friendly and incredible. He helped set up our romantic dinner and made sure it was perfect even when the weather wasn’t! Definitely looking forward to next time!

Can't wait to go back!
We absolutely enjoyed everything about Dreams Onyx! We went on an Air Canada Vacation and every aspect of this trip was top-notch! The staff are all so friendly, the place is kept clean and beautiful and the beach was amazing. We felt safe and so well looked after. The quality and variety of food was exceptional. One of our group needed a special menu and the chefs and concierge worked with us to make meals just for her. We're so grateful to chefs Oliver and Juan, and to Santos the concierge for their kindness to ensure everything was perfect. We also have to mention Danielvy at the beach bar who served us every afternoon. He was amazing and we looked forward to seeing him each day. Our Air Canada rep, Charles, was exceptional. We appreciated that we could chat with him about anything that we needed, whether in person or by WhatsApp. We have found our happy place and look forward to going back again, hopefully soon! If you're planning a trip to this area and not sure which resort, we would highly recommend Dreams Onyx to anyone. You won't be disappointed! I know this might sound all too good to be true, but I promise that this review is genuine.

First time...will return!
Wife and I stayed May 4 - 9 and had a great time. While it is an hour or so from the airport, once you arrive it is worth it. Everything from the lobby to the pools and grounds to the buildings, bars and restaurants were in top shape and clean. The staff were always friendly with a smile on their face...especially Vanilla Ice, Pineapple and Shadow on the entertainment staff and Reynaldo and Jean Carlos on the sales team. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, and with Breathless next door there were more than enough options. Be sure to stop at the taco truck after a few laps on the lazy river! First time at Dreams and we will definitely go back for the service and value, if not this location another in the Caribbean.

Amazing time!
The stay is amazing! The room was great it was clean and spacious! The food in the buffet was alright you’ll find stuff you like but the dinner restaurants are the ones that were great! Spice was so entertaining and delicious and Bluewater Grill I had tried the ribeye, chicken and salmon all were amazing!
