    Best Team ever

    The Entertainment Team was amazing. They offered a variety of activities and often encourage people to join along.We did zumba yoga , stretching all in all they were very knowledgeable and fun and made a great experience

    Good smaller resort. Buffet, nightly entertainment and limited chairs were the only negatives.

    We had a great time on our recent trip. Overall, it was wonderful with a few items that were lacking. A big shout out to the entertainment team. Miguel ran a tight aquacize class and was very engaging. Check in was a breeze, the rooms were nice, and overall the resort was great. The buffet was disappointing - just ok and very repetitive. Ironically, there was never any salsa or guacamole - a huge disappointment for us. for the first time ever, the a-la-carte restaurants beat out the buffet by a mile. They were a little tricky to get in but using the app, I would book in the middle of the night when I woke up and make my reservation. The nightly entertainment was very dissappinting. The theatre and garden area are both uninviting and the entertainment booked is low quality in comparison with entertainment we’ve seen at other resorts. Lounge chairs…early bird gets the chair! The pool area is crammed and busy during the day so to get a decent spot with some shade meant getting to the pool early. I did appreciate that you couldn’t just get up, reserve your seat and go back to bed - a very fair approach where after 30+ minutes of being unused, a chair could be released to someone. Overall this was a good, small resort.

    Wonderful time

    Wonderful experience came with the family. The entertainment team is amazing especially Miguel. The shows are amazing. We had a beautiful time and the resort is beautiful.

    Great, relaxing stay

    The hotel was modern and clean, the rooms were nice and spacious. The drinks were nonstop. The beach and pool area was beautiful with exceptional service. The water park was so cool, we wish we had went with our kids. The food was better than expected for an inclusive resort, a nice variety, and the places stay open later (10-11p) than my previous all inclusive stays in different resorts. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the check in and check out process was pain free and quick. The location isn’t my favorite, it’s so far away (25-30 minutes) from the city life and outside entertainment. I was initially going for a wedding that ended being postponed, so my sister and I wanted to spend some time out exploring the city, but a taxi to the nearest shopping area was thirty minutes away (I can’t remember the name) and we were charged $121 plus a $20 tip round trip (the driver Brandon was cool and waited for us to finish eating and shopping). After that experience we just stayed on the resort. Entertainment is nice, but it caters mostly to an older crowd that wants to listen to good music and talk with friends and family in the lobby area. We did enjoy the intimate atmosphere when everyone hung around the lobby with good music and drinks, but if you’re looking for a bit of party, this isn’t the place.
