    My favourite hotel

    I stayed here with my partner for three nights. The trip was booked as a get away to relax. The hotel as you arrive looks absolutely beautiful. The reception area even more so. The staff on the desk all smiled and said hello as we arrived. I went to sit down and was given a drink and a refreshing hand towel. We stayed in the preferred club. The room was beautiful with a mini bar that’s filled daily. Two bath robes and slippers. Absolutely perfect. Views everything cleanliness the size of the television. I just loved it. The choice of restaurants was great. The swimming areas amazing. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from. We had a Balinese bed for the day. Highly recommend this as well. So relaxing. We never went to the entertainment as we choose to go for a gentle stroll along the coast each night. We love this hotel and hope to book our wedding here. I cannot praise the staff enough. Special mention to Aziz and Ainara from guest services Who made our stay amazing Thankyou both from the bottom of my heart. It’s a very emotional time Just now but you went above and beyond for me. I was so touched. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect the only sad part was leaving. Thank you again.

    Fantastic people. Spa and interior swimming pool closed.

    The only problem was that the spa and interior swimming pool were closed and when we booked: nobody told us. It wasn’t even written on the web site. The plus are a lot. First the stuff. The people are so friendly, nice and helpful. loli is the best chef at the grill and most amazing human being, very professional and very helpful I have met in an hotel. You cannot ask for better because you have the best. Aixa of the letizglass.com is a fantastic expert that works as a local glass jewellery making experience that is marvellous to do in holiday. It is for free, it is included in the price. Very original and arts & crafts is at his top. I still wear the glass jewellery. Local entrepreneurs should be helped. Cristobal is a nice and helpful chef. My favourite though is shy Loli that you need to respect because unique human being like her should need to have your full attention. I was very lucky to meet her. All the stuff and management during the dinners of the half board where very nice and the management is really clever because everyone is really happy and relaxed. I would recommend to go there for the fantastic atmosphere. I enjoyed that a lot.

    Great experience from A to Z

    Great experience, it was our second time at Dreams Lanzarore and because of a national strike in Belgium we had to move our stay to a day later. The hotel re-arrange our stay and was very empathetic. Once there, the staff was wonderful. Quality stayed the same over the years. I can recommand enough this hotel. Thank you again!
