Oct 12, 2024Entertaining and Exciting Experience
I really enjoyed our vacation at Dreams Karibana so much! The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The wide variety and quality of entertainment here is truly amazing. Mike made sure we had so much fun dancing and laughing every single day. There are so many things to do everyday, something for everyone. The Spanish and dance lessons were so helpful too. I recommend this resort for an exciting and fun filled vacation.

Great time!!!
Beautiful, clean and well organized resort! Kind people and great customer service! The food is amazing. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. This resort left us with great memories. The best of the best of service was provided by Leimar and Bleneider, look for them and they will take care of you for the rest of your stay.

We are Hyatt member Ms and have stayed in quite a few of them internationally. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Security was on point from the main entrance all the way to the hotel steps. The food at the buffet and specialty restaurants was absolutely delicious. The pool was simply beautiful and relaxing with cabanas and lounge chairs. We had a relaxing time at Dreams and lots of much needed sleep.

Overall, pretty good
Pretty good overall. Food here is good, but coming to Cartagena, the standard is held really high. If this weren't an all-inclusive I would not choose to eat here. That's not a particularly bad thing, but when compared to what's available in the city, the chose should be the city. Drinks are really good. The staff know how to make good cocktails. The choice of liquors is not the greatest, but it's pretty good. Bathrooms are kept very clean and smelled really nice The on-site gym has everything you need. The spa service was really good. I got my hair braided and the price wasn't too bad. She did a wonderful job and moisturized my scalp really well. I also got a massage and water treatments which were fantastic, a great way to unwind. Overall, the staff were very helpful and friendly, even went out of their way to be helpful.

The food in every restaurant was awful and the bartenders only knew how to make margaritas, mojitos and pina colada's. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very helpful to an extent. Would I stay there again… No. Only because you’ll go hurry trying to find something decent to eat.
