    Very beauty and clean hotel

Beautiful smaller hotel with a sufficiently large pool. Unfortunately there are not enough sunbeds. The beach is beautiful, clean with fine sand. There is little shade. The beautiful pier is not allowed to be entered, it is only for paid celebrations and dinners. The food is very tasty, the dining room is clean with friendly service. There is everything to choose from, even tropical fruit. Snacks outside are limited, the food is not that much to choose from, but it is very good. On the beach you can rent a pedal boat, paddle-board and kayak for free. Next to the beach there are gift stalls and a local bar - I recommend it. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Watch out for mosquitoes and cockroaches. There are bars with mixed drinks and water available all day long. However, all mixed drinks are completely over-sweetened and sweet. Coconut milk is not used in the drinks here, which is a shame. Unfortunately, the beach bar is closed in the evening and they don't have coffee there during the day. There is nowhere to sit quietly in the evening. The fountains are fun and the lobby bar has loud music every night until 11pm, plus you usually don't have anywhere to sit. We didn't talk much with friends. We wanted to play cards, but there is no light above the tables in the bars. The seats in the lobby are far apart for playing cards and games. But we absolutely loved the lobby bar. It is outside in the shade and during the day it is quiet and pleasant. The pool bar has only a few tables that are in the sun. The bar by the other pool only has stools around. It is great to sit in the pool at the bar. There are few bartenders and you usually have a long queue. The pools are very clean, as is the sea. The toilets are always clean too. The staff is nice, helpful and very accommodating. However, the same person offers you SPA, massages and wellness several times a day. The entertainment during the day is always on. Zoomba in the pool, aerobics in the sea, or dancing on the sand. They still tempt you to have fun with loud music. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it has a few minor flaws, but it doesn't affect a great vacation.

Very nice place. Will go back

Beach water was the prettiest we have encountered in any of our Caribbean resort trips and the wait staff were excellent and extremely friendly. Recommend the Honeymoon suites, The outside balcony was great and the room itself was wonderful

Amazing trip made memorable by ‘twins’

Just finished an unforgettable trip! The resort was very nice but the trip was so much better because of a few certain staff members. ‘Twins’(richy) was by far the best entertainer getting my family and I involved in so many activities in the pool and on the beach, as someone who can by shy and awkward he really got me out of my shell and enjoying my time!

    Lovely location, clean and safe

Overall the resort was very good, safe, clean, nice beach, and had decent food. We had a really nice time and the weather was great (not that this could be controlled by the resort LOL). My partner and I travelled with a group of other couples/families. We upgraded to Preferred Club with a swim out room and I would highly recommend this. The resort is a bit smaller, not the high rise style but rather multiple 3-story buildings. Our building (64) was close to the restaurants, a pool (there are four), the cafe, and the beach. Being a bit smaller, i found that people weren’t fighting for chairs around the pool or down at the beach. There are signs that indicate beach chairs cannot be reserved and if you leave towels there and are gone for more than 45 minutes, security will remove them. I didn’t see this happen, but then again there seemed to be enough for everyone between the pools and the beach areas. The food was good; if you like steak (which we do) it was excellent at all restaurants. There is a decent selection at the buffet. Be aware that the French restaurant (Bordeaux) strictly enforced their dress code (men must wear a collared shirt and long pants and dress/closed toe shoes). I am Celiac and therefore need to be gluten free; I made sure to talk to the server and in some cases the Chef at each restaurant (I had a translator card, and I used google translate) to make sure that they understood clearly what my dietary needs were and how important it was to avoid cross contamination when cooking. There were plenty of choices for me and when I ate at the buffet, the Chef made me some meals (homemade burger with GF bun - which was very good- and GF fries, GF pancakes) in the kitchen in the back. All in all, I recommend this resort.

    A beautiful, relaxing week.

Don't believe everything you read. It was beautiful and exceeded expectations (based on reviews) Don't drink the tap water/shower. Take probiotics before your trip and during and you will be fine. Beautiful beach and pools. Room was always clean and stocked. Friendly staff. MINOR annoyance was the staff always asking about attending the spa, but they always accepted a simple “no thank you” Excellent wedding venue and ambiance. Service at the lobby bar could be a tad quicker but nothing to dampen the trip or an evening. Overall, we had a wonderful week with family celebrating a beautiful wedding in paradise.
