We stayed at this hotel for more than a week on the Mezzanine floor! House keeping, Sabita was very good at cleaning - she is very hardworking , efficient, prompt & has a joyful personality! Everyday the room was very clean and was in excellent condition !

Great stay
I have stayed in this hotel before. It is a perfect location, the rooms are niice and modern. The restaurant and bar staff are especially nice. The breakfast is very good, and we ate several dinners in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The hotel location is right next to Victoria Station. You can get anywhere in England by train, underground, or bus from Victoria Station. There is also a lot of dining in the area, and two major theaters very close by. Steffi was especially nice to us during our morning breakfasts, and the bar staff and waiters during dinner were great.

Wonderful
Great location Getting around is a breeze- Victoria Station and buses are less than a minute away Breakfast is good and Steffie made our breakfast experience even more memorable

Amazing personable service
Great hotel, great location but what set this hotel apart is the wonderful and personable service by the restaurant team. Especially Kaushi Thanks for making my stay a great one
