Beautiful landscape
This was our first stop of our Disney trip, as it is close to the Animal kingdom. The shuttle bus service is helpful and I don't recall we ever had to wait a long time. The landscape of the resort is beautiful, family friendly but peaceful. The main pool has a water slide, which makes this resort more suitable for families with bigger kids. Food can be improved, quite amount of flies in the dinning hall. We later moved to the pop century for the skyliner access, and were able to move the luggage for free using the hotel transfer service.

Loved Coronado springs!
Loved Coronado Springs! The room was very clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The closet is a little small, but there are plenty of drawers Plenty of options to eat on site and the bus comes to take you to the parks on a regular basis. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing staff/rooms and resort.
Wow, when we arrived we were welcomed by smiling faces that welcomed us all to the resort and helped us check in in no time, all the time offering advice and explaining all we needed to know (amazing first impressions) the resort and the rooms have blown us away and we are so happy we chose this resort, walking around everyone has been helpful and as it has been our first time to a Disney resort they have helped us settle in and understand things like the dining plan which has been really handy to have. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Disney area.

The Worst Hotel Experience of Our Lives
We arrived at 12:30 a.m. and waited 2 long hours in the cold for a shuttle that never came on time. The children were half-asleep, freezing, and miserable. When we finally reached our rooms, they were dirty, neglected, and completely run down — broken drawers, filthy surfaces, and a total lack of care.

Fantastic hotel in great location
Stayed for two weeks in August as a family of 4 travelling from the UK, with children aged 12 and 9. After a long day in the parks the hotel is very welcoming, with its fantastic atrium. We stayed in a water view tower room, which I highly recommend paying the extra for. We could see Expedition Everest and the fireworks in Magic Kingdom from the room. The hotel has a great range of restaurants and a roof top bar with excellent views across Disneyworld and a great view of the Epcot Ball. A great location for us, not very far from any of the main parks and about 30 minutes drive to go to universal. We booked Universal’s Hard Rock Hotel for a week during our stay, but only stayed two nights and came back to Coronado springs! The rooms were extremely well kept with two large queen beds and a large bathroom, with a huge walk in shower and his and hers sinks. I liked that the hotel was super clean and always smelt amazing. As this is also the convention centre hotel, the Disney theming is low key, but our kids are older so we like this. There are still characters visiting the hotel though and you still get that fantastic Disney welcome off all the team, who were super helpful and lovely. Great pool with a slide and didn’t feel too busy on the afternoon we used it. Parking is plentiful and close to the Tower. Would definitely return if we go to Florida again. We preferred it to Port Orleans Riverside as the rooms were nicer. I think this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.
