Jan 26, 2026Super Helpful Staff on top of a Great Hotel
I originally booked my weekend away at the Polynesian resort. Due to the storm, after I got all the way to the airport, my flight got cancelled as I was about to board. I called and got a room right away at the Coronado springs and went right back to the hotel until I could get home. Once I got there, Jessica at the front desk was wonderful, sweet, and helpful. She went out of her way to help me once I told her about our morning. She got me checked into a room as soon as possible and was just so helpful and sweet. You have some really great staff at your resorts. Shout out to Jessica today, she was great!

I have stayed at Disney World many times. Coronado Springs doesn't deserve to be on Disney property. It is dreary, poorly lit, poor signage, poor customer service and mostly, our room was remote and isolated. We arrived to no blankets, a broken blow dryer and a shower that dripped nonstop. We were so isolated and far away from the main building that the only amenity near us was a broken vending machine for $6.00 bottles of water. Finding our room was super hard even by our 5th day. We did not feel safe out in the "boondocks" to walk the 20 minutes or so to the main building, which offers very little, also. When we spoke with a manager we were offered no help. This hotel negatively impacted our trip! VERY under the standards we are used to at Disney World.

This resort is beautiful but it doesn’t immerse you in the Disney vibe. Theming is all over the place - not typical of Disney. A great convention space. The food is excellent.

A very underwhelming stay
It's okay - the rooms are decent and clean, and have sufficient space. They're not quiet - you can hear everything from the rooms next door (mom got earrings for Christmas), and there's no privacy as windows are on the walkway - everyone going by can look in unless you have the room darkening curtains closed. The person who checked us in was atypical Disney - she was not friendly or helpful at all and ended up putting us in a room that was blocked off as it had a plumbing issue and we had to be moved that night - really didn't appreciate people going in a room with "do not disturb" on it and moving all our personal items. Food there was overly average and overly expensive - really, go to some place outside Disney if you can for better food and much more reasonable. Underwhelmed by Disney this time - prefer not to go back

Overall the hotel was great. My only concern was the bed. It sagged on both sides. Hooks on the walls would be helpful too.
