    Wonderful way....

    During our annual exploration of the Disney bubble's holiday transformation; we again visited the Contemporary, a couple of times. Since the Grand Floridian skipped creating a gingerbread house this season; it was nice to see the offering here. We also, once again, enjoyed viewing the Magic Kingdom fireworks; from the balcony, under the monorail. As varied as are the Disney resorts; so are their approaches to decorating themselves for the season. We've found visiting each, is a wonderful way to immerse oneself into the Xmas spirit/aesthetic.

    Family trip

    I stayed at a garden room and loved it. Yes it was a 5 min walk to the buses and main tower but the savings and the fact you can use the monorail and walk to Magic Kingdom made it good choice. The room was the same as the Tower rooms. It was clean and the noise was minimal. Would definitely stay here again

    Gen Z not ready for face to face customer service. Robots

    Hotel is great. Staff is very nice. But, they need to send some Gen Z front desk people to social interaction class. Efficient on the tablets but have 0 social skills. Robots are a better description. Fake compliments, every response is Amazing! Every. Single. Time. Is this your email? Yes. Amazing! No! It’s not amazing it’s just my email. Stop being so fake. Then, love the shirt, no you don’t. You are a robot. We see right through your fake attempt at happy. Not Disney material. This age grew up on screens. Too bad. Teach them the public.

    Clean, convenient, great service

    We loved the convenience of staying at the Contemporary for our 4 night/3 day stay. We would walk back from the Magic Kingdom every day around lunch to feed and nap our kids. Knowing we were never far away from our hotel was reassuring as well during our park days. My Amazon and Instacart orders were both there when we got there which was perfect. My one complaint would be we asked for a quiet room and ended up high up (floor wise) but right above Chef Mickeys which did make a fair amount of noise. Overall great service and clean ⭐️

    Disney hotel with great view of fireworks!

    We had rooms 4648 and 4647 which had wonderful view of the Disney fireworks each night from our balcony. The front desk staff were informative and helpful getting our magic watches to work. The magic watches are really good for Disney World Parks, but really have no additional value beyond that. The watches are cumbersome, do not tell time, hard to charge, and have limited usability! The room was clean, spacious, and in good repair. With the window open we could hear the maintenance at night doing their magic so that we did not see them during the day. Otherwise, the rooms were quiet. The tram runs through the resort and the bus system is right out the door so that you do not need a car while in this location. We stayed here 30 years ago and this is the most centralized hotel in the park.

    Guest Names Policy- Walt Disney World reservations must be booked with the correct guest names. A complete name change to the lead name is considered a cancellation and will require a new reservation.

    Deposit Requirements- A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone or incidental charges.

    Convention Policy- Guests attending a convention at the hotel may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.

    Room Taxes- Room taxes are included in the vacation price.
