  I don't understand the negative reviews - we had the best holiday!

  We have had the most enjoyable family holiday at crown paradise club. Kids ages 5,7,10. Check in was quick and smooth all reception staff were lovely and was greeted with smiles and always happy to help. The day time activities have been so much fun and a great bunch of people joining in and making it enjoyable. Activities are suitable for all ages. Oscar has been a great host as well as Adrian, Marcelo, Daniel and the other guys. Favourite pool activity is water polo. The shows at night are very good (although a little late and my children keep falling asleep as they are at 9pm) favourite show has to be Michael Jackson. The staff put in so much effort and energy into every one of them. They are great dancers and performers - well done guys 👏 Staff at the kids club are all lovely and have a very secure system for all children special shout out to Bianca for being my little girls "bestie". The kids waterpark is perfect for young kids. Waterslides are so much for for all my little girl could go down them no problem with armbands on and she is 5. Games room had lots to do and never had to wait long to get on things, mini golf was fun also. My favourite restaurant is the fishermans the steak is lovely and cooked to perfection, we told the waiter Ray how nice it was and he offered us a second meal which we accepted 🤣 Buffet restaurant has been fine we have managed to find something at each meal time. Favourites - breakfast pancakes and syrup and fruit, lunchtime cheese and onion toasties and fries and ice cream cones, dinner roast beef and fried mashed potatoes with pineapple upside down cake. Thanks to David our waiter who always helped us and our kids commented on how nice he was, he would fist pump them and woot woot and always had a smile on his face. Bar staff very helpful and can't do enough for you special shoutout to Victor and Ruby for going above and beyond. Victor would bring drinks over without being asked and Ruby got me change for my pesos so I could leave tips for staff. Water activities on the beachfront are great experiences. Beach is beautiful and jumping in the waves has been fun! Beds are comfortable, room is clean and maids are excellent. So happy to have found this hotel and made the right choice for this to be our holiday this year! We have met loads of amazing people both staff and families on holiday. Our kids have enjoyed making friends every day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone I've spoke to at the resort have enjoyed their stay also. Only negative was having to come home and seeing our kids upset as they won't see their friends again 🥹

  Avoid This Resort: No AC, Repetitive Food, Boring Entertainment, and a Frustrating Check-Out

  If you can, PLEASE avoid this place. There is NO AC anywhere. We were literally melting. They had the AC turned off in almost every area of the resort. The only AC you can actually count on is the one in the public bathrooms. I asked why all the AC was turned off, and they told me they had already reported the problem, but nothing was being done about it. Our stay was 10 days, and we were around 13 people traveling together. EVERYONE had the same complaints. The restaurants are okay. The main restaurant serves basically the SAME FOOD EVERY SINGLE DAY. And sometimes there isn’t even enough food. If you come here, you better get there early if you actually want to find something to eat. The events are honestly BORING. They are worse than a high school prom. There is barely any entertainment and nothing that makes you want to stay and enjoy the event. And then there was the CHECK-OUT situation. ROBERTO was the person who attended to us. He was unable to complete our check-out at the express check-out area, and then they made everyone else go ahead of us. Jorge was the person who eventually helped us. For check-out, they made us stand in this HUGE LINE, even though they literally have a staff check-out kiosk right beside it. We almost MISSED OUR SHUTTLE because they couldn’t figure out how to check us out at the express check-out. After they decided to send us to the big line, Roberto started checking out other families while we were just standing there waiting. No reason. No explanation. Nothing. Honestly, the whole experience was extremely frustrating. 10 days at this resort and the AC situation alone was enough to make the stay miserable. Add the repetitive food, boring events, and the terrible check-out experience, and I would NOT recommend staying here. Location isn't that bad around 15 min from the airport. Atmosphere ok only this it is that's you don't have a weather break. Cleanliness 3/5 This is more 3 star than 4 to 5 as they advertised. ater slides are for kids . Maybe toddlers with 5 years will enjoy it. Toddler under 5 don't visit because the water slides aren't for them . 7 toddlers in the group came over an they couldn't use any of waterslide.

  We keep coming back.

  We got married at the resort and Sans Soucis is our favorite restaurant. Everything is good but, once we found it, we only get the Chicken Cordon Bleu. It is our favorite meal. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. We will continue to return here.

  Great time, great price!

  Excellent service, lots of fun, good food, we had a great time. The specialty restaurants were a bit hard to get into as the reservations app was jammed at sign up time but we managed to get in a couple times. And at these prices I’d say it’s all good. I would go back again sometime.

  Great couples break

  Fantastic break, food better than ever and a lovely relaxing time. So glad we came back for our 3rd trip to this hotel. Rooms a spacious and very comfortable, location for getting around is great and good value.
