    Awesome hotel!

    My family and I love the Crown! Great hotel with lots of activities, the only thing the hotel needs to do is fix the food and maybe update the rooms. If those things get fixed then that resort might be the best resort in Mexico. Such a great fun hotel!

    The buffet was great! Loved the two story room! Everyone was very very nice!

    Absolutely incredible!! Especially our bellboy Jesus, he made the trip worth the while with how helpful he was and anything we needed he was just a call away!

    Worst experience ever

    This place was the worst nightmare my family ever went through we showed up the room was disgusting and stung we went to the buffet and it was the dirtiest place I've ever been we saw roaches The stuff were touching the food with the bare hands two of my kids got sick we originally broke the 10-day vacation after 3 days we packed up and left save yourself the aggravation go anywhere but don't go here I would give it zero stars if it was capable of doing that
