Prenija and other staff was good and courteous. Housekeeping can be better. Stayed for 14days and had exact same breakfast without any change in menu. They can think of day wise menu which helps people staying for longer periods.

Enjoyed my Edinburgh stay so much!!!
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Fabulous check in staff, spacious room and bathroom...including a small fridge. Excellent breakfast. Lovely decor. Can't wait to return! Stayed one night and returned later on in the week as I loved it. Well done to all the staff for offering excellent customer service that's what it is all about...(Obviously great training. Well done to that person too!!!!)

We had booked 2 Rooms through my travel agent. for 3 Nights From 28th to 31st Dec 2025. Being a Bonvoy Member As soon as I checked in I asked for two rooms close to each other as we were a family travelling. The Receptionist Mr Gabriel Guarato was very rude in terms of talking to a Guest and more over a Bonvoy Member, He said we have two rooms, Take it or Leave it , U can take these two rooms or just leave the hotel. Finally We had to give in and take the two rooms One in the 3rd floor and 1 in the 1st Floor. He refused to show us the way to the rooms also, Said figure out the way, We are in the 5th floor where the Lobby and reception is situated and we were at the hotel for the first time, How do u expect guests to figure how to go the Rooms. Hope Courtyard marriott team Takes note of the Same

Edinburgh’s hidden Gem
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Edinburgh. The hotel never disappointed. From the friendly and efficient gentleman at reception to the clean and spacious rooms … loved every minute of it . A special shout out to Kisty at the 1802 restaurant on premises. We had the pleasure of being served by her on the Sunday and the Tuesday . She was extremely polite , pleasant and extremely efficient . Will definitely be visiting here again
