People and Entertainment - 5 stars, however the beach and pools are 3*or even less. would like to give a special thank you to Zereth, Adaleidi and Pedro for exceptional service at Toscana. Food was great at the restaurants and the buffet. And if you go to the spa for massage, ask for Miguel! He is exceptional!!!

Great time at YUCATAN
This is a 4 star hotel for Mexico. Great all inclusive for the money. I walk with a cane and I loved my room for disability bathroom. Front desk very accommodating. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and quaint. You have to get up early to reserve a pool lounger with a towel- pools are beautiful and clean. Not a true walking sandy beach but safe snorkeling where you can stand up at anytime. Water shoes are a must as rocky. A special shout out to Lupita from entertainment team. We loved water aerobics and Spanish class. She should be named employee of the year! Buffet food is average.

Great time and value for the price
Great service, Sintia was great at buffet restaurant. Aquafit and kayak were great with entertainment team. Shows were fabulous. Rooms could use ax paint job but gardens and pools were very clean and well maintained. Staff were all great!!

Affordable All-Inclusive
The rooms were a little dated and some more musty smelling than others. Not a lot of buffet dining options but we were never hungry. Buffet dining was pleasant especially with Romeo as our waiter. Weather was beautiful. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you Catalonia Yucatan. :)

First of all I'd like to thank Heidi the TUI representative who was so much help after my phone was lost/stolen close to the hotel. If it wasn't for her I don't know how I would have got my phone card cancelled as I'm not tech savvy. She put in a lot of time in sorting my issues when the hotel really couldn't do too much. The staff were friendly but I wouldn't stay here again as it was way overpriced. The room was 3 star at best. If like me you like long walks on the beach don't come here as your not going to walk too far as there is very little beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and had fresh towels. Breakfast had nice freshly made omelettes but not much of a choice for the main meals in the buffet. A lot of self entitled guests staying here but that's not the hotels fault.
