We stayed with our family and friends and dinned with the entire family plus we did our own romantic dinner on the beach and at the restaurant with mamma mai ( Freddy and Clara ( chef ) plus BOVED ( Janet ) and her crew ( Carmen and Usiei ) : WOW is a understatement! They were all phenomenal and talented in service and food !! The front deck team member: Cinthia : passion for welcomes guest with a YES mentality !! Thank YOU 🙏 for your passion for guest engagement This property has two outstanding leaders : Eduardo Marmolejo and Jonathan Solis : these two individuals and as a team : are what makes this property and all its staff and its other leaders elevate and make each our 20 guest stay., for 12days consistently above and beyond !! Paradise is what you call it, indeed!!
DefiniteDefinitely a paradise! The people are so friendly, and the environment is so calm and relaxing. The rooms are huge and clean. It is truly a happy place where you feel you belong. The amenities, such as the pool, are clean and clear. They even have a kids’ club where my daughter enjoys meeting new friends and making arts and crafts. Our butlers were amazing (Lili and Cesar). Most of all, the all-inclusive experience is one of the biggest perks, and the unlimited delicious food and drinks were fantastic. The shows at night are entertaining, too! We’ll be back, Mexico and Catalonia!

What a wonderful resort
We visited the resort in October as a family vacation. Our host Lili was great. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived on the property. Anything we needed during our stay she was there to accommodate us. Cesar was also great in making sure we were well taken care of. Overall I would definitely recommend the resort to anyone.

Rest and Relaxation with a Golden Touch
Wonderful Stay at Catalonia Costa Mujeres – Exceptional Service and Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Catalonia Costa Mujeres in Cancun, and the people made it especially memorable. From the moment we arrived, we experienced warm hospitality, attentive service, and countless thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special thank-you to Nathaly, our daytime butler, who was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Nathaly kept our minibar well stocked, arranged our restaurant reservations, and responded quickly to every request. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our days feel effortless and relaxed. Joshua, our evening butler, was equally wonderful. He continued that same high level of service throughout the evenings, always responding promptly, accommodating our needs, and making sure everything was taken care of. Having such dependable support at every point of the day made a real difference. The restaurants were another highlight of our stay. We truly enjoyed the dining experiences, and the attentive service made each meal even more enjoyable. A special thank-you to Oscar, Janet, Yareni, Uziel, Romeo, Murida, and the entire team at BLoved Restaurant. Their friendliness, warm hospitality, and excellent service made every visit a pleasure. Oscar and the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well looked after, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that we genuinely appreciated. What stood out most about this vacation was the people. The genuine smiles, prompt assistance, thoughtful attention, and personal care turned a wonderful trip into a truly special one. I love Catalonia
I'm always excited to arrive but leaving is always sad. The people and service here is second to none. Whenever I see people taking the sales tour/presentation, I always want to chime in with my positive thoughts. There's nothing to regret about being part of the travel club.
