If you don’t speak Spanish it’s no good
British Married Couples on 2 weeks all inclusive. If you do not speak Spanish it is very difficult at this hotel all the staff including entertainment team do not make the effort to speak English only Spanish and French! Food is ok lots of restaurants but not much choice. Tapas place was not good at all. Also very slow at resetting tables during busy periods. To get a drink is difficult in the main restaurants and you are not allowed to get the yourself so dependant on the staff who are very slow. Rooms be careful what you book and what is advertised! We were supposedly given an upgrade on arrival to a room that had no air con no running water in the bath no water pressure in the shower and a broken front door. After speaking with our rep and reception we got moved but at a cost. The new room however was much better despite 2 power cuts and no one speaking English they did not understand the issues. Cleanliness is ok not the worst not the best. The hotel it’s self is beautiful the beach the pool the gardens and amenities. If all the rooms were the newer rooms and there was more effort to speak English and engage with British people I recommend but there was issues and due to this I can’t recommend and nor would come back.

Don't upgrade
On holiday here 16th May Hotel overall is good. Some very miserable staff more than nice ones.booked last May first room they offered had no ac what so ever. 2nd room is OK but you don't get all services they say you do buy going deluxe Privilege. Had to phone reception twice out of 3 days already for bottle water to room as not getting replaced daily. Fetch folding umbrella if your English you have NO chance of getting one. Also do not queue at bars as most people don't believe in queuing and try pushing in. If your at front of any queue and people with etc bands on get priority over any one even if you have paid extra to be upgraded to Privilege. We tip all the time but after way people go on not worth doing it your no better thought of.

A Travel Agents Opinion
I booked this hotel for a client based on they wanted to stay here because they had heard good things about the resort. I booked the trip without any solid knowledge of this resort. Upon their return they reluctantly said it was ok, and would not elaborate. As an agent I wanted to check it out for myself. I checked in on May 13, 2025 My first room had a horrific musty smell with signs of mold on the ceiling and some locations in the bathroom. The air-conditioning could not keep the room any cooler than 78 degrees. I had to argue with the hostess to get a new room. All she would say is that someone will come and fix the issue. Kind of hard to fix a mold and mildew problem in a couple of hours. After a very heated discussion I moved into room #2 and found similar problems minus the mold issue. Instead no air-conditioning and a smashed and inoperable t.v. and telephone. So far the food is very subpar. As of this moment my agency and agents will never sell, recommend or assist in any sales of this property.

We had a blast!
We went for a trip to celebrate my birthday, 7 nights. We had a fantastic time. Upon arrival, we had a bottle of champagne, chocolate and a fruit platter in our room. The room was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on our patio in the late evenings. The bar fridge was replenished every afternoon. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed time in the front bar where Lucas made us feel like family. Greeted us daily and made the best tasting beverages. The massages on the beach were great. Also by the beach, was a nice restaurant that served breakfast and lunch, a nice change to the front buffet. Which we went to for dinner a couple of times. On my birthday there was a bottle of champagne, balloons and a beautiful cake. We enjoyed our time there so much that we are going again before the end of the year.
