Casa Velas delivered an incredible stay for us, and the staff are what make this property truly special. The service here feels personal, consistent, and genuinely warm every team member we interacted with went above and beyond. We love Puerto Vallarta and have stayed at Grand Velas many times, this time we did not have any teenagers and wanted to try Casa Velas. This was a great choice for us and both sets of parents. The grounds are smaller and easy to navigate which was a plus for our parents, but very upscale and the rooms are very nice. The food throughout the resort was excellent. Emiliano offered wonderful dishes with great presentation, Táu Beach Club served great food and drinks oceanside, and the pool bar impressed us with fresh, well‑executed options including anything from the Emiliano menu. There was fresh seafood everywhere, and one of the highlights of our trip was having the chef prepare the fish we caught multiple ways, it was perfectly done and a memorable experience. 🌟 Staff Recognition These team members truly stood out and made our stay exceptional: Emiliano: Omar, Gerardo, Leonardo, Oswaldo, Jesus, and Alvaro all gave us exceptional service and lots of conversation and laughs. Pool Bar: Alvaross, Ulises, and Ramon were fun and energetic and always there to offer a cool drink and a laugh. Táu Beach Club: Saul, and Leslie helped us with wonderful service. Martin our driver was also exceptionally helpful and a great guy to converse with. I’m sure I missed many of the other staff that helped us have a great stay. Every one of them contributed to making our stay relaxing, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable. Casa Velas continues to be a standout resort in Puerto Vallarta, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Casa Velas, Puerto Vallarta!
Our stay at Casa Velas was absolutely wonderful! From the exceptional service to the incredible amenities, everything made our experience truly memorable. The hospitality throughout the resort was outstanding, and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and pampered. A special shout-out to Ulises, Avalos, and Ramon at the pool! These gentlemen provided outstanding service and were so warm, attentive, and hospitable. They made our time by the pool even more enjoyable and truly made us feel special. Rosie in the restaurant was top-notch! Her service was fantastic, and her warm personality made our dining experience that much better. At the lobby bar, Alfredo and Freddy were awesome! They were friendly, welcoming, and made every visit a pleasure. The spa was absolutely amazing, too! The massages were some of the best of my life, and the entire experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy everything Casa Velas has to offer. What really sets Casa Velas apart is its people. The genuine warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service from the staff made this stay stand out. Every interaction added something special to our vacation. We can't say enough wonderful things about this resort and the team who made our stay so memorable. Casa Velas is a true gem in Puerto Vallarta, and we would absolutely love to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with outstanding hospitality.

Friendly paradise away from home, I guarantee you will love it.
Another year of complete relaxation at Casa Velas. And the name Casa it is how I feel when my wife and I stay there. It feels like going to see family. from the arrival time with Sr. Luis, at the front desk, Armando and Martin with the Vans taking you to the Club House where you will find Eric and a new server that i can't recall his name. going back to the Hotel Boutique at breakfast you will be served and pampered by Omar as our main server. at the pool the best service of any place we have stayed, Ramon, Gerardo, Avalos, and Ulises the king of the mix juices for the nondrinkers. At dinner our two main servers Jesus a delightful person and server, also Daniel an institution at Casa Velas. On your way to the rooms, the spa or Emiliano's Restaurant, you can see Fredie the master of the cocktails a wealth of knowledge about Tequilas and Mezcals. Their Spa it is a first class relaxing and the best place to detox your body in there two wonderful ladies Esmeralda and company, forgot her name too. For those that love to exercise during vacations you will enjoy their gym. The food is first class at Emiliano's with Chef Irving as the Star every plate crafted with so much flavor and artistically plated, i want to think that Love is also one of the ingredients in every plate too. There you have it, Casa Velas is your place for Honey Mooners, Aniversaries, Birthday trips, Relaxation trips, If you like to drink only top of the line drinks, if you want to eat at diamond level restaurant, if you want to be pampered and made you feel like you are the only guest at the hotel this is the best place for you, One more thing if you like to travel with your bundle of Joys this Paradise is not for you as it is adults only, maybe that is why i loved it so much.

Love casa velas in Puerto Vallarta
Spectacular 🤩 we love this place. Can't thank ulises, Omar, Leonardo, Daniel, Gerardo and the gang enough, they always make it so special for us. We loved the cleanliness, all the gracious staff. The grounds are immaculate. Last day they had a lovely man playing the saxophone 🎷 at breakfast. Oh, and avalos is hysterical and makes the bar so lively. Hardly can wait for next year
