- Other Local AttractionsAltos de Chavon artists village is a vibrant cultural community perched above the Chavon River. cobblestone paths, coral stone fountains and terra cotta buildings create a magical effect in this village designed by Roberto Coppa, an Italian architect who at the time was a Paramount movies set designer. He built Altos de Chavon in the late 1970s to emulate a 15th century southern Italy-southern Spain village. Visitors today discover craft workshops, artists’ studios, galleries and restaurants. Weddings are frequent at the St. Stanislaus Church, as few places can be more romantic than Altos de Chavon. The performing arts are showcased in the village’s 5,000-seat amphitheatre, inaugurated in 1982 by Frank Sinatra and is still attracting top name performers. Visit the Regional Museum of Archaeology, a small but wonderful display of the Island’s rich pre-Columbian heritage. The Art Gallery features contemporary art exhibitions.

Dec 10, 2025A wonderful stay we’re already hoping to repeat
We recently spent several days here and honestly had a fantastic experience. We stayed in a four-bedroom villa that was in great condition — spacious, comfortable, and with all the amenities we needed. Everything around the property felt very well taken care of, from the gardens to the common areas. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed. I want to highlight the service from YoCasti, our housekeeper. She was truly exceptional. Every day she treated us with so much kindness and professionalism, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. People like her make a huge difference in a vacation, and we appreciated her more than she probably knows. As for the restaurants, most of them were honestly excellent. Great service, great food, and very friendly staff wherever we went. If I had to point out something, I’d say the only restaurant that didn’t fully meet our expectations was Chilango — but that might be because we’re Mexican, so our bar for Mexican food is naturally a bit higher. Everything else, though, was outstanding. Overall, the service throughout the resort was consistently warm and professional. Everyone we interacted with made us feel welcome, and that really stood out. We left with the feeling that we definitely want to come back. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Golf was 10 out of 10!
Casa de Campo was our first visit to an all inclusive resort. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, food choices, and variety of things to do. We came to golf and the golf was a 10 even with Teeth of the Dog not yet open! This trip was out of our wheelhouse, but it sure was fun!

Excellent property, greens and service
It's a beautiful resort with great service and food. Lots of seafood. Big rooms and great housekeeping. I highly recommend premier with the concierge services. Manuao was very helpful. Israel, Jose, Euri and Yonathon were always welcoming. The pro shop was great to my 12 year old.

All staff members I dealt with are highly competent, very friendly, very well trained and highly qualified. They should be highly appreciated because they are what makes the resort function so well.

Loved everything about it!
This was our second year going to Casa de Campo on a girls trip. We are a group of 40 year old Mom’s and we find it is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun! Food is AMAZING! We ate dinners at La Piazzetta, Causa, SBG (so much fun if you also want to dance), and Chilango. Would go back to all of those restaurants. Lunches were always at the beach - nice simple delicious food. Breakfast at Lago always had a great selection. We stayed in the Premier Suites and the rooms are incredible. Lots of space to move around, great storage, and a large luxurious bathroom. The staff everywhere on the property is incredible. We were always greeted warmly and had great interactions with everyone. Our standout team at the Premier Suites - Euri, Luis, Israel, Sergio and Gabriel treated us like gold and made us feel safe. We are looking forward to coming back next year!
