Very nice and relaxing weeks in a beautiful place ☀️🙏🏻 lots of things to do for all ages and different opinions in restaurants but we found eating in the buffet or beach bar was the nicest. Best service in the beach house bar by Adelina and A De Paz, thanks so much for your excellent service service🤩🙏🏻

Spring breaker review
This resort is perfect for families but wouldn’t recommend for spring breakers. Food was perfect, the workers were all nice, and the resort was beautiful. And I must mention that Joel Santana and Eduard are the best bartender at the Kanalla bar!! Definitely recommend this resort.

Surprisingly impressed! 10/10
Having visited several other hotels in the Dominican over the past 10 years including Joia Bavaro, Secrets Cap Cana last year and Hilton La Romana the 3 years previous my expectations for this hotel were fairly low - this mainly due to location, and the fact the price was considerably cheaper than the three mentioned hotels. Having now returned from this trip what I can tell you is this hotel is fantastic, it is a perfect blend of space/nature/peace/entertainment and cuisine. We upgraded to the platinum package which we felt represented outstanding value - a huge thank you to Oliver in concierge/guest relations who organised this for us and helped us out whenever we needed whilst we were in resort - 5 star employee and a credit to the hotel. We were allocated a room in block B overlooking the middle pool - the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. There are so many places to walk/explore in the hotel and also the miles of coastline that you never feel enclosed - we saw a wonderful variety of nature at the hotel too who were clearly well looked after. With regards to food having platinum meant we were able to dine a la carte for all meals - this was amazing...the location of the platinum club on the beach is delightful as is the food there and the waiters who never stop smiling and cannot do enough to help - big thank you to Gaibel, Andres, Cepin and Agustin. In the evenings we tried the brazilian, la Cava, Tex-Mex, and Asian - 2 standouts were La Cava and the Brazillian. We did do lunch one of the days we were there in the buffet and thought it was great - lots of salad and freshly cooked meats. If I had one small area for improvement it would be the gym needs making bigger and needs to open earlier - 8am is, in our experience from previous hotels, late. In addition the coffee shop could open earlier than 9am - being from the UK we were awake 4/5am most days... All in all a wonderful holiday - so wonderful we are going back next year!

Best birthday ever!! 🥳
My friends and I decided to do a last minute break to Punta Cana for all our birthdays. I did some research online and found this beautiful place. Honestly, fell head over heels with this resort. The pictures don’t do it justice! Ignore all the negative reviews, there are people in life who will moan at everything! We had a great room with a balcony overlooking the pond with all the ducks, flamingos and peacocks right next to us. So pretty. The really clever thing I liked is you get a bracelet with a key fob for your room. No more worrying about grabbing your key card before you leave the room! The food market is the buffet restaurant which was quite near us. I thought it might be noisy but not at all. When you check in, make sure you make a reservation for the a la carte restaurants. My favourite was Tao, the Asian fusion. But honestly, they’re all good. There are so many activities to keep you busy and entertained. We didn’t have time to do everything! Don’t miss the foam party. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, maybe get some noise canceling headphones or go somewhere else. The entertainment crew really worked their socks off. Honestly they deserve a raise! Special shout out to Francisco and the two gorgeous ladies (sorry I’ve forgotten your name!) The pool bar was amazing! Thank you to Juan👍🏼 Special tip - take your water bottle with you and they fill it up so you can still swim with your drink without spilling it!! Haha The beach is just breathtaking, it is so well looked after, the staff used a tractor every morning to clean the beach (you’ll only see if it you’re up early to watch the sunrise - which by the way you totally should!) there are trade hawkers who pass by the beach, but just a simple no and they moved on. We did get caught out by a guy with a parrot who took photos of us with the parrot, it was a bit expensive but the pics were totally worth it, so I didn’t mind paying, but if you don’t want to get caught out, just say no. The sports bar is a great hangout place after hours, we had the best chicken and chips there .. shout out to Docemile for looking after us 🙌🏼 The SeaPro guys were great - so friendly and they all remembered us, so it was nice seeing them each day. Honestly the staff go out of their way to make you smile 😃 thank you Renee! Thanks to Nexus Tours, for arranging our excursions. So many things to do and so little time. Next year I definitely want to swim with sharks, thank you Robinson 🫶🏼 To the lovely housekeeping ladies, thank you for tidying our mess every day. For the cute towel designs on our bed and for all the extra coffees and water! 🙌🏼 Finally, thanks to all the staff who made our birthdays great, for the lovely cakes, the banner on the door and all the staff singing happy birthday to us!! Perfect place for family’s , the activities were fun for kids and adults , the favorite part was beach party & carnival
The service was amazing , the servers( Maite , Fran , Masiel , Santos , Dominga , Alejandrina , Yelianni at Fogo restaurant were great and sang and danced for my birthday. The bartenders were also great and the passion fruit mojitos were my favorite made with real passion fruit .
