Everything done to perfection. The best place to stay in Florence

First of all would we stay here again, Yes we pull as perfectly placed and staff friendly and helpful. So why the drop of a star? We had booked one of their best suites well in advance. We were sent a number of questions about our preferences which impressed us. However during the stay the hotel didnt deliver on some of the requests. One question was a preference of timing for a turn down service. We have 8pm. One night it was 9.30pm. This can happen in any hotel but why ask the question in the first place? We were asked for water preference. We gave one still and one sparkling. We got one still and one sparkling on arrival and thereafter it was still. The photograph on the website of the window view is AI generated and does not reflect reality. These are all small issues that we all live with when staying in hotels but having been very impressed with the pre visit questionnaire we were left thinking ‘why bother’. But that said we would stay again when in Florence.

A treasure in Florence
This lovely hotel has the perfect location for visiting Florence. Our suite was wonderful, but what sets this hotel above others is the incredible staff. The housekeeping service was wonderful and the concierge members and front desk were exceptional. We highly recommend the Brunelleschi!

An excellent experience
What a great historic hotel, ideally located in Florence for all the sights and restaurants. Our room was really comfortable and to a high standard. Front desk staff and doorman were all welcoming. Hotel is a little oasis tucked away.
